Great little spot with a touch of country
but very close to Belton. The host made everything very easy. We felt well taken care of. I especially loved the blueberry muffin :)

This was a perfect cottage b&b for a couple nights. Clean, accessible, snacks, and an amazing homemade blueberry muffin surprise for breakfast one morning. Met and exceeded our expectations.

Texas Star Cottage

Wonderful cottage just outside the city. A country feel with convenience only a few minutes away. Very quiet, very clean and well stocked. Highly recommend if you are in the Temple area.

Very beautiful property even in January. Home is beautiful inside and out. Has everything you need for your stay. Host is very responsive. Would rent again and again.

Relaxing and peaceful taste of the country

The property is a beautiful cottage with easy access to Temple and Belton. Horses on the property next door with treats to feed them if you want. Extremely quiet and relaxing getaway location. Cottage is clean and comfortable and was a great launching point for our Belton adventures. Snacks waiting on our arrival and had great and easy communication with our hosts. Can't wait to stay there again!

Beautiful

On a recent trip to visit family, we spent 4 nights here. I enjoyed waking up and having coffee on the porch and hearing the sounds of nature - but also being close to everything. We visit the area several times throughout the year and definitely plan on returning. This place is a jewel!

Cozy and quiet

We loved the quiet, clean, well maintained house. It is very charming and we appreciated so much, the extra thoughtful touches like breakfast muffins and snacks, movies, board games and books to read. It is thoughtfully decorated and cheerful. Quick get away

This place is in the country absolutely beautiful and so peaceful. We sat in the rockers on the porch in the evenings 2nd nite we sat out & watched the thunderstorm. Ower is very easy to contact. We loved it

Exactly like the pictures show. Quiet and away from all the city noise. The horses really enjoyed the apples we gave them every day. Personal touches were so nice. Highly recommend staying here. Hope to be back.

This property is unique. The cottage gives you the feeling of
country yet is located close to shopping, restaurants, Baylor
Scott & White, and Lake Belton. The cottage is an hour from Austin and 40 minutes from Waco. Clorox wipes and Lysol spray are used to sanitize the cottage in lieu of the Coronavirus.

Privacy with gated entry, great views, large open living, dining, and kitchen, and covered parking.
One small dog is allowed with a short term rental. Dog needs to be 30 pounds or less, crate trained, and well behaved. A $50 pet fee will be collected at check-in.
