AMAZING home!

This home is truly AMAZING! THE "SWAN LAKE" VIEWS!! The meticulous furnishings!! A beautifully designed kitchen that draws family to the table to "eat, pray & love" their time together! The proximity to the lake(on it), to the private Ocean beach (6 houses), to the boardwalk(few blocks) & even the downtown is 5 minutes to the cutest shops & cafes!! We have rented shore houses for 20 years, & This home tops them all! Best of all, The owners are kindness personified!! downtown

Family fun at the beach

this was our first family beach vacation at the Jersey shore and we were very happy with our choice. The house was plenty large for all of us and having the added bonus of a big game room and back yard, the 13 of us never felt cramped. The open kitchen and dining area were great for big and small family dinner and the four bedrooms downstairs from the living area made it easier for the babies to fall at sleep. The proximity to the beach and boardwalk were the best part, as we were able to go to the beach at all different times and still come home and go back later if we wanted to. I truly enjoyed the serenity of watching the swans and birds by the lake right from the backyard. Paul and his wife met us at check in and were very pleasant. The 1000 piece puzzle they left for us and which we finished for a prize was a fun and bonding experience for all ages. Thank you also for the use of the beach gear for both old and young. We are looking forward to spending more time at this beautiful beach house in the future. Ciao!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful house. Before our trip the owner was in touch several times to check in and provide information about the rental. Paul was always available for any questions we had for him. The location of the house is perfect and had everything we needed and more. I highly recommend this property!

Perfect summer rental

Great house layout for a large group and very well maintained property. This house has a lot to offer with a game-room, backyard, proximity to lake and beach. We really enjoyed our view of the swans!

A Little Slice of Heaven

Our family has stayed at the Jersey Shore for years. This was our first stay in Point Pleasant. Paul was a pleasure to deal with and made everything so smooth. The home is beautiful and very well kept. The beach is a short walk from the home (granddaughter age 5 had no problem walking it) and family friendly. When you return home, you can enjoy the view of The Lake of Lillies - very relaxing. You will not be disappointed with the home or the location it sits on. The boardwalk is a short walk from the home too!! We would definitely return. We did finish that puzzle :) Thank you to Paul and his family for opening up their home to us.

Beautiful home in a great location ! We have been going 'DOWN THE SHORE' for years and this home was by far the best accommodations we have ever experienced ! Great vacation

This is a magnificent house. Our two weeks was filled with all 13 of us going to the nearby beach, great local restaurants, exciting boardwalk, all while enjoying every minute of this beautiful property.

Beautiful, great location, a wonderful stay!

All the bedrooms are comfy with large size beds, and a good amount of privacy. We loved the view of the bay when we were spending time on the property. The beach is a stone's throw away, and wonderfully convenient. The grill is spectacular with plenty of lawn chairs for dining and hanging out. The kitchen is huge with, again, a great dining area with windows all around. The place is very well stocked, with beach chairs, beach bags, even cup holders for the chairs. It was an absolute pleasure to stay here! Paul and the property manager were always immediately available to answer any questions. A wonderful beach vacation!

Great House and Location

Our stay was fantastic. You are really only about 8 houses from the beach. Beautiful views out back of swans and ducks all day. House was nicely furnished and large enough for a big family. We will be back again for sure!!!! Lots of games and beach toys, We needed to bring only our clothes and the house had all the rest.

Wonderful house with a perfect location!
