Welcome to our lake house located directly at the idyllic swimming and fishing lake Kösen. In the middle of a picturesque landscape characterized by oak and birch trees and meadows cultivated by sheeps. You can relax and recharge, biking in the forest, walking along the shorelines, swimming and fishing with free access to a rowingboat for 4p, 1 Canadian canoe for 2p, and 2 kayak for 1p, wood fired Sauna for 4p, or simply enjoy the view of the lake Kösen.
The place and the surroundings is secluded along the shoreline of the lake. The estate consists 12 hectar of forrests and meadows with only this house built.
120 m2 house, designed in the form of a traditional Småland Barn, with two floors, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with showers, washing machine and a large open living area with kitchen, dining table and a fire place dominated by the grand views over open meadows and the lake. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, oven, dishwasher, cooler, fridge, toaster and coffee maker.

One bedroom is located on the bottom floor and one bedroom is located on the upper loft. In each of these bedrooms is a double bed (2x90x200). There is one smaller bedroom on the bottom floor, with a bed (2x80x200), to be used as a single or double bed.

On the spacious and light loft you can relax in an extra living area with TV, armchairs and a sofa/single bed. The big windows creates a close contact with the surrounding meadows, lake views and forest.

The floor heating, heats the pine floor to the desired temperature even in the coldest winter, which can be adjusted separately in each room. With our rowing boat you can explore and fish in the over 20 m deep lake. The most common fish is pike, pikeperch, and pike.
