The cottage is located in the village of Bolmen with picturesque buildings, a boat port and a child-friendly swimming area. A perfect starting point for excursions of all kinds, ideal for couples or the small family.
The cottage is a traditionel red cottage with white knots and is beautifully situated directly by a pond. The cottage has a large natural plot next to the forest in a quiet area. It has garden furniture and a grill.
The rooms with direct acces to the pond have natural light from two sides which gives a charming summer feeling.
There are a bathroom with shower, WC and washing/ drying machine, a modern equipped kitchen, bedroom andliving room with dining area and a comfortable seating area.
The upper floor has a sloping roof all way down to the floor. One part has two bed mattresses and in the other side you find seating with fantastic views of nature. There is also a small TV with SVT play, Swedish channels.
The cottage is located at the edge of the village and it is appoximately 500 m away from the lake Bolmen. Bolmen is the largest lake in Småland and belongs to southern Sweden`s southermost wilderness. The surrounding nature is known for its rich variety of nature experiences with several nature reserves. Two bicycles are avalable if you want to explore the surroundings and if you want to go out on the lake there is a canoe included and it is possible to rent a motor boat at Bolmen´s camping.
The nearest town is Ljungby. There are both the large shopping centers and the small scale business life and a range of art and culture for young and old.
A summer paradise with peace and quiet but also oppotunities for the active visitor.
