Brand new apartment completely refurbished and furnished with elegance and modern taste.
Located on the third floor (no lift) of a historic building, located next to Galileo Museum and only 200m by Ponte Vecchio, Uffizi Gallery, Piazza Signoria. This is truly the BEST location to stay in Florence.

The apartment layout is distributed in a modern way on a surface of 50 square meters with everything you need for comfortable stay in Florence.
It has one double bedroom, a cozy entrance hall leading to a bright living and dining room designed as an open space, an elegant bathroom with shower in addition there is a fully equipped and modern kitchen.

Horrible smell and poor communication

We have stayed in places throughout Italy and Spain, and we have had slight sewage smells in big old cities, but this was the worst. We needed to have the fans on to make it livable. While we were warned about the possibility of tripping a fuse if we were using too much electricity, and we did end up tripping the fuse when we plugged in a hairdryer with the fans on. The greeter told us about the fuse box on the first floor, but she did not know about the fuse box in the closet. The one on the first floor was not tripped, and it took a while for them to figure out the other one. The company hosting the apartment wanted us to use their private Website to communicate. Unfortunately, they had old links on their site, and they took a deposit and sent a confirmation for a trip with a company that was no longer in service. So we lost a full day of seeing the vineyards around Florence, and did not have time to schedule a trip, because we were leaving the next morning.

Good location, not good communication

I paid extra $ to check in early and waited over an hour with confusing messages that said the greeter was there but he clearly wasn't. It was frustrating. The apartment is very nice and the bedroom is very comfortable. There is a weird smell in the kitchen and bathroom but I was assured that's "normal" in Florence since it's an old building.

Nice apartment, but not comfortable enough

The apartment is very pretty and has a lot of amenities like the photos, but there were many mosquitoes in the bathroom because the windows were open, so it was not nice. The problem with the electricity is annoying, the fact that is not possible to use several things at the same time. I guess this is because its a private apartment... The person who showed the apartment was very nice and helpful but the rules were that we couldn't contact him after the check in, there was an email but they didn't answer to it.

Bring a nose plug

The sewer smell from the bathroom was horrible. They told us to open the window and turn on the water to get rid of the smell but it didn’t help and the bathroom filled with bugs. We asked for extra sheets so someone could sleep on the couch, as it was said it was a bed. We never got sheets. The location was great but not worth the angst of everything

Perfect location! Very nice apartment!

Overall a really great apartment very close to everything. At the time of our stay, there was a sewage smell coming from the bathroom, but we understand this is very normal in Florence. It was relatively easy to get rid of by running the water down the drain and also closing the bathroom door. Would definitely recommend, especially if you’re only in Florence for a few days and want to be close to all the sights.

Great location but the smell 😳

Fantastic location! Different than other places we have stayed, a greeter met us to check us in not the owner. Definitely not a “family, local feel”. The greeter was very nice and helped us find local places to dine etc etc. We are more accustomed to staying at family owned/ operated properties so this had a much different feel to it. Also the sewage smell from the bathroom was horrible!

Good location in Florence

Good time in Florence in this nice unit. Very recently remodeled and in great shape. Lots of stairs so for those with mobility issues it might be a challenge. W/D combo was a great bonus as it was in the 90's during our stay.

Great location, clean, easy check in, safe, and close to the Train station and many restaurants.

Very nice apartment with modern amenities. We spent 4 nights in Florence at this apartment and really enjoyed our stay. We were Sooo close to so many restaurants, shops, and the statue of Davis, the chapel, museums, and so much more. The host was great, communicated well, and we loved our stay.
