The private swimming pool (heatable at an extra cost) is set within a fully enclosed space with sun loungers, a ping pong table, and a barbecue area perfect for al fresco dining. There’s also an additional room equipped with a pool table and foosball, offering even more entertainment for the whole family.Fully enclosed, the villa ensures peace and privacy throughout your stay. Located in a quiet area of Albufeira Marina, it is just a short walk from cafés, bars, restaurants, and supermarkets. The golden beaches of Peneco and São Rafael are only a 5-minute drive away, and the charming Old Town of Albufeira can be easily reached on foot.Renting a car is not necessary, but if you'd like to, we’re happy to assist with booking upon request. We can also help arrange transfers if needed.If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated. Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating. The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season). Group deposit: € 200 per guest (payment by credit/debit card). Please note that the occupancy for this property is 6 guestsFrom the 7th to the 9th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds. In accordance with current legislation, tourist taxes may apply.
