Set within just 200 meters walking distance to the beach and the Adriatic Sea, Villa Adriatic View I boasts astonishing sea views. It is the perfect oasis for a vacation with family and friends.
Villa Adria View I with a heated pool can ideally accommodate 8 guests. It features 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and living room. Furthermore, there is a summer kitchen with grill facilities and an outdoor dining area. The kitchen equipment includes a refrigerator,dishwasher, microwave, stovetop, oven and coffee maker.
The outdoor pool is 9 meters long and 3,5 meters wide. It comes with a heating option included, which is great for the spring and autumn seasons. The pool offers perfect refreshment during the hot summer days. Next to it, there is a sunbathing platform with a row of 5 sun loungers and 4 sun umbrellas. When it gets too hot you can retreat in shade or relax in the fully air-conditioned living room.
The living space of the Villa Adria View I with pool has the size of 212 square meters, while the total estate has 400 square meters. Along with a south-facing terrace, here you have two side terraces. Thus you always can choose between a sunny or shaded lounge.
One of the bedrooms is located on the ground floor, and three bedrooms are on the upper floor.
Free Wi-Fi is available in all indoor and outdoor areas. Smart TV with pre-installed Netflix App and satellite TV are available. Laundry facilities include a washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board, and iron. Private parking for up to 2 cars is available on site.
The old town of Trogir is less than 5 kilometers distance, while the airport is just a 15-minute drive away. The area nearby this holiday rental is popular for its beautiful beaches and many secluded bays with turquoise sea, excellent for snorkeling. Villa Adria Seget Donji

The villa was well appointment with stunning sea views. The pool and outdoor space was pefect for relaxing, with privacy assured. The villa management was prompt and professional which was reassuring. Local amenities are all within a reasonable walking distance including restaurants bars, beaches etc. The villa satisfied our parties requirements for the entire holiday and I would not hesitate to return. Constructive criticism, the outdoor furnishings require changing as they are well past their best, also the ensuite description requires updating. Great Villa in a perfect location.

Definitely recommend.

Everytjing looked exactly like on the photos. The view from the terrace was really beautiful. Kitchen was well equipped and there was everything what you need for a holiday.The communication with the host was excellent!

Super Lage, fantastischer Ausblick. Restaurants, Strand und Supermärkte in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Gastgeber auch super, er gibt noch hilfreiche Tipps für den Aufenthalt, erklärt alles sehr gut und steht für Fragen immer zur Verfügung.
