This was the best stocked condo I have ever stayed in. The kitchen, the bathrooms, and all the beach supplies. There was sunscreen and a good first aid kit (lava rock scrape). The location is very convenient, next to Keahou Bay, where there are snorkeling trips. And close enough, but also a good enough distance from the main part of Kona. The complex is immaculate, with 3 pools. Oh and take advantage of Kona Coffee Wednesday! We had a great stay with no issues.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Paul’s condo. The condo itself and the location were ideal. It was clean with plenty of necessities. In addition, they supplied lawn chairs, a boogie board, pool noodles, beach towels and much more. Communication was excellent with Paul. Thank you.

We had such a lovely stay. The kitchen was well stocked, the location was very convenient and the view from the lanai was just perfect for morning coffee and reading a book!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time and space at Pauls large and very well equipped oceanview condo. The lanai was a huge highlight for us. The view incredible. The ocean pool, another highlight being on the ocean. We loved the resort, very well cared for.

Overall, the condo was good. There were a few minor issues that need attention. One being the rusty tracks for the lanai sliding doors. The screens did not slide as easily as I would have liked. Also, the shower curtain liner in the primary bathroom needs to be longer. If you don’t pay attention, the curtain falls outside of the bath. We had a pleasant stay.

Thanks for the input. The sliding door has been repaired and new doors and tracks (frame) have been ordered. Sorry this hadn’t been addressed prior to your arrival, but the previous ten guests had not mentioned it at all

This condo was ideal. Very nice, well-kept, and spacious. They thought of everything! Bed was comfy. The view from the lanai is captivating. Loved being on the ground floor. They went way above and beyond: I foolishly left behind some items, and the manager Tom went out of his way to meet us and return them! Very professional and very kind. Much appreciated. Highly recommend this condo. Mahalo!

The property was wonderful. We did a little cooking and the kitchen worked out great. We ate lunches on the back porch with a beautiful view of the ocean and the property was conveniently located on the west coast of the big island.

Enjoyable stay

Great central location in Kona. Easy to walk to one of 3 pools, fantastic sunsets to watch from the ocean pool or cliff’s and close beaches to snorkel or enjoy nearby. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great stay - everything was as listed. Very nice unit, quiet and good location. Spent each morning enjoying coffee on the lanai, reading, looking at the water, enjoying the birds and listening to the waves. Really nice way to start the day!

Our condo was in a great location and we were very happy it came equipped with beach chairs, pool noodles, and a water football! We had lots of pots and pans to cook meals in and the water and ice in the fridge was a huge plus! The blender that was provided in our unit had a piece broken and after I messaged the owner about it, he quickly had a brand new blender sent to us the next day. This was very sweet and helpful because we bought a huge pack of blender smoothies from Costco when we arrived. We loved using all 3 pools and hot tubs as well as the ping pong table and pickle ball court. We were very happy with this condo and location!
