Established in a tranquil residential area with beautiful mountain views, yet just a 20-minute walk to sandy beaches and the lively centre of Playa Blanca, Villa Balandra offers the best of both worlds.

Enter the villa through the smart gates and enjoy a welcoming feeling of space and calm. Built over a single level and sleeping up to five guests, the semi-detached property is whitewashed and modern, built and furnished to a very high standard. The open plan kitchen boasts a trendy breakfast bar and the living room is dotted with tasteful artwork, while floor-to-ceiling glass doors allow plenty of natural light and lead to the pool terrace. The three bedrooms are light, bright, and radiate style thanks to their sea-themed nautical décor that brings a beach feel inside.

The Master Bedroom with ensuite and the living room both lead to the stylishly landscaped pool terrace with a pergola, outdoor lounge seating area and dining area. The brick barbecue, outdoor sink and workspace are perfect for all your alfresco dining needs and the heated swimming pool is flanked by multiple modern sunloungers. The terrace even has a table tennis table and is the perfect spot to relax and sunbathe in the day, and watch the beautiful Lanzarote sunsets in the evening.

You are within close proximity to the activity-packed Playa Blanca, just a five-minute drive away. Here you have the choice of several beaches with calm shallow waters, multiple watersports and family activities, abundant restaurants and bars in the lively Rubicon Marina and a host of shops and authentic markets in the Old Town.
