Relax or entertain on the huge balcony with comfy seating, perfect for morning coffee or evening wind-downs.

Two Bedrooms đŸ›ïž:
Two double-sized bedrooms with Smart TVs, providing comfort and entertainment for all guests. A travel cot is available for families.

Open Plan Living Room and Kitchen đŸœïž:
The open-plan living space is designed for comfort and socialising, featuring a modern kitchen with all the essentials.

Bathrooms 🚿:
Two bathrooms, including an en-suite in the master bedroom and a full family-sized bathroom for convenience. Fresh towels and toiletries provided.

Location đŸ™ïž:
Close by to Parsons Green, Fulham Broadway, Eel Brook Common, and Hammersmith tube stations, offering easy access to central London’s landmarks, cultural spots, and vibrant neighbourhoods. With direct routes to Heathrow Airport, travelling around London is a breeze, making this the ideal base for both business and leisure.

Guests will have the entire apartment to themselves.


Standard check-in time is 3pm onwards, and check-out time is before 11am

Please note:
- that a fee of ÂŁ80 will be charged for call-out for keys forgotten inside. The full cost of lock replacement will be charged if you lose the keys; please be careful with them

- the heating will always be turned down to 16 degrees, please turn up if needed and ensure that after your check-out you turn this down again.

- there is plenty of storage space available however good to note that this is the host's home and therefore some of his belongings will be present in the property in locked cupboards.

- Please just pull gently on the curtains to open and close, as the remote no longer works.

My property is professionally cleaned and is set up to be remote access, ensuring there is no direct contact with anyone needed. The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies. We also provide single-use and individually wrapped items such as shampoo and soap

My property management team will be available 24/7 via email, or phone to provide any assistance my guests may need.
Pass the KeysÂź provides a hotel standard of service for short-let properties. The property is professionally maintained and cleaned, and professionally cleaned linens and toiletries are guaranteed. 24/7 guest support is also available before and during your stay.
The local community-based Pass the KeysÂź team personally inspects the property and certifies the home has met Pass the KeysÂź Property Readiness Standard.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.

Firstly the keys for the accommodation is in the most ridiculous place =attached to a set of railing on the ground at another block of flats and on another street. The flat was clean and tidy inside , but very smelly fridge no washing up liquid no bin liners mouldy fruit on the table and no basics ie coffee tea sugar milk or water on arrival and only 1 toilet roll in each bathroom. The outside space was very shabby ,dirty ashtray ,filthy BBQ, broken cushion box, mouldy rug and both plant pots were broken with the pieces tucked behind, also covered in thick dust I’m not sure if the outside space is covered by the cleaners
