Adorable and comfortable country cottage! Perfect for a relaxing family or couples retreat! Clean and stocked with the goodies! Enjoyed the fire pit, front door swing, and spending time with the sweet donkeys, goats, and dogs.

This little cozy cottage in the country was the perfect respite! Stayed with friends to celebrate my 50th. Franklin is absolutely beautiful. The location is perfectl. Close to downtown Franklin, Leipers Fork, and just a short drive on the freeway to downtown Nashville. The donkey's were such a highlight, I fed them everyday! The fire pit made Halloween night seem extra special, especially right next to the cemetery, (didn't have a scary feel, just a peaceful one). Beds were super comfortable. House is so clean. The porch offers views of sunrise, and sunset! (If I owned the place I would probably get rid of the pine trees out front just to enhance the view, but it did not take anything away). This charming home away from it all (but close enough to everything), is SO good for the soul!! I will be back for sure!

We absolutely loved this place! Location was perfect, beautiful property and super comfy beds which after staying in downtown Nashville for a night was nice change. Loved all the details in this vrbo! Goats and donkeys were really fun also!!! Thank you! We will be back next time we come to visit family again:)

Girls Trip

We stayed at this property for our annual girls trip to Franklin. It was perfect in every way. It was super clean, abundantly stocked, quiet, spacious and beautifully decorated as well. Communication with the manager was easy and she responded promptly. The location was great and the place had plenty of parking. We loved our experience and highly recommend it to everyone.

Lovely Home!

My family and I were so happy to stay at the Cozy Cottage over the holidays. It was just perfect! It was everything it said it would be and more. The host even decorated the cottage for the holidays with a beautiful Christmas tree. We will definitely be staying there again. Thank you so much!

Cozy Cottage

We evacuated here from the hurricane and it was just what our family needed.. kids running barefoot in the grass, sunsets on a front porch swing and sweet farm animals that my kids loved to feed. Highly recommend.

Nashville Getaway

My family and I stayed in the Cozy Cottage for my wife's birthday. I will say without a doubt that this home was fantastic! It was clean and well maintained. The grounds were beautiful and well kept. Furniture and beds were indeed cozy, and the donkeys and goats were a hit with our kiddos! It was close to Franklin and Nashville, but not so close that you feel like you're in the middle of everything. We will definitely be back again!

What a fun stay!!

The property is absolutely as described. We met both the goats and the donkeys. The property was quiet and lovely. It’s a bit of a drive to Nashville but the city of Franklin is also quite lovely and worth your time: tha k you so much for. All the details like the amazing smelling soaps and shampoos. Quiet, restful location. Close to Franklin, Leiper's Fork and Nashville. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and enough furniture and room for us to stretch out. Would stay here again for sure.

Cozy Cottage

We were very impressed with the home. It met our needs as a party of 9 comfortably. We met the owners of the property and felt that they were very kind and accommodating. The goats and mini donkeys were a huge hit with our little ones, and the small cemetery near the cottage was very interesting to our history enthusiasts, as it was the resting place of a Revolutionary War hero. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are already talking about when we can stay there again.

Location, location, location! The Cozy Cottage is perfectly situated extremely close to historic downtown Franklin and Leiper's Fork. It's in the country with all the great rural feel that entails, but you are just minutes from great dining and entertainment as well as the conveniences of town.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

The small details scattered through the Cozy Cottage really make it a special place. It all comes together to make for an inviting place where you can be comfortable and enjoy your time. Guests often comment that they wake up earlier than usual here, but feel more rested. Taking an early morning coffee on the patio or enjoying a drink at sunset around the firepit are our personal favorites. Sitting in the front porch swing and watching a farm tractor drive down the road or hearing a donkey call in distance really makes you feel like you are a part of a rural scene that has existed here for generations.
