Ligger en kort fem kvarter promenad till affärer och restauranger i Historic Downtown Franklin ligger vår stilfullt utrustade loftlägenhet ovanför de tre bilgarage bakom vårt 100 år gamla hem. Byggd 1998 rymmer 850 kvadratmeter rymlig lägenhet bekvämt två i en queen size-säng. Det finns också en dubbelsidig utdragbar soffa i vardagsrummet.
Det har ett fullt utrustat kök, en 55 tums plattskärmad kabel-TV och en tvättstuga med tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Dessutom ingår en utsedd parkeringsplats för en bil och en sluten trappa till lägenheten.

I enjoyed a retreat-like stay in the most wonderful, relaxing, safe, beautiful, well furnished, clean and updated loft! David and Deen are the most gracious of hosts, and made my stay delightful - from the treats on the island, to the nice bottle of Chardonnay in the refrigerator, I had everything I needed and more. I look forward to staying with them again!

Perfect location to walk to downtown Franklin. Hosts were great to talk to. We were given a nice tour of apt when we arrived. Apt provided all the comfort of home!!

Perfection in Downtown Franklin

Can’t say enough good things about the loft and our hosts David and Deen! A beautifully appointed loft with every possible detail considered. The location was perfect to walk into town but yet quiet and restful. We cannot wait to come back!

Great location

Check in was fantastic, owner met us and walked us through the property, very personal compared to the commercial ones we usually stay in. Lots of extra, thoughtful touches, coffee and filters, take out menus, bottle of wine, bathroom products, etc. property was private and quiet, quick 15 minute walk to downtown. Lots of great restaurants in the area, quick uber to other attractions as well. We would definitely stay there again!!

A cozy retreat

I needed to book a place close to us and walking distance to downtown Franklin for my son and friend who are visiting. I checked out the place before my son arrived and Deen, the owner, toured me around. She was the sweetest! The place was immaculate! The layout was well designed and everything you could think of that a home should have, this adorable 1 bedroom had. They put so much thought into ensuring their guest had all they needed for a comfortable stay. It is minutes from beautiful downtown Franklin and such a relaxing place to come home to after a day of touring the town. Thank you Deen and David!

Great Hospitality

The owners of this VRBO were so kind and hospitable. After planning this trip, I was unable to go with my husband due to a scheduling conflict. I sent him with his retired parents, and the owners treated them so well! The location was great in terms of proximity to the downtown Franklin area! Highly recommend!

wonderful accommodations

This was a wonderful place to stay! Large kitchen/living area. Very clean and organized. Quiet and just a short walk to town. Attention to detail, and was stocked with any personal items you might have forgotten to bring. And they also welcomed us with a bottle of wine and candy! I would highly recommend this property if you are going to Franklin!!!

Quick trip to Frankln

It was the perfect place for us to come and go from. Only 3 nights, but in a very comfortable bed and spacious kitchen and bathroom. We’ll return to stay again!!

Wonderful loft in Franklin

Had a wonderful stay. My second time and it was just as lovely as the first time I stayed. Clean, quiet, and comfortable. Everything is thoughtfully designed for guests from a well-stocked kitchen to great curtains and blinds allowing you to sleep in. Definitely a home away from home. Highly recommend and would love to stay there again. Hosts are super nice and available if needed.

Great comfy loft close to town!

The Loft was wonderful! We have stayed in a lot of Vrbo’s and this one was the most comfy yet. Deen and David were welcoming hosts and provided the best experience for our stay in Franklin. The loft is just as shown in pictures and has every convenience!

Beautiful loft get-a-way

This loft was the perfect get-a-way location for us to celebrate our 25th anniversary in Franklin & Nashville. It is clean, quiet, and comfortable, and David & Deen have thoughtfully provided everything one could need or want during a stay. The dedicated off-street parking space in front of the loft was convenient. It was an easy, quiet walk to the downtown Franklin shopping, and restaurants, and only about a 25 minute drive to Nashville. David & Deen were excellent hosts. They were friendly and easily available if we needed anything, but left us to enjoy our vacation. We were very pleased with our stay at the loft and will definitely stay there again if we come back to Franklin.
