Gästerna kan koppla av i det stora svala terrassområdet. Poolmöbler för upp till tio personer tillhandahålls. Skärmnätet runt poolen ger fullt skydd mot insekter medan du fortfarande tillåter solen igenom.
Från poolområdet finns direkt tillgång till det tredje badrummet. En stor gjutjärngrill finns också för gästens användning.

Poolen vetter mot syd / sydväst, vilket innebär att solen skiner på den från soluppgång till nästan solnedgång.
Att hyra ditt fritidshus hos oss garanterar att du får all tillgänglig solsken.
Poolen kan värmas upp under vintermånaderna när den behöver lite hjälp för att uppnå en bekväm temperatur på ca. 80 grader F.
Den täckta Lanai är en mycket stor 23 fot med 10 fot, vilket gör att du kan fly solen när den blir för kraftig och en sval drink är i ordning. Kylskåpet med ismaskin ligger bara några meter bort.

TV med digital videoinspelare och DVD-spelare.
Altandörren till familjerummet har utsikt över poolen.

Master-badrummet har en stor dusch, ovalt bad, hans och hennes sänkor med skåp nedan, alla med speglar och fåfänglampor. En separat toalett till vänster. Det finns en skjutbar låsdörr till sovrummet och en garderob med ett digitalt kassaskåp.

Perfect home away from home

We cannot stop raving about our stay at this beautiful pool villa. It was clean, well equipped and perfectly located near shopping centers. Our 9-month grandson napped and slept like a Prince (no noisy neighbors)!

Fantastic family holiday in a great Villa.

What a great Villa, exactly what we wanted for a fantastic family holiday. Spacious, clean, comfy beds, great sunny pool and quiet spot but still close to all parks and restaurants. Dealing with Roy was great and we wouldn't hesitate to go back again or recommend to others. Five stars all round.

Great villa and location

Love the villa location, have stayed nearby before, but this has an excellent pool area not over looked. Also a very quiet area, we enjoyed watching the wildlife while lounging around the pool. Didn’t use the the kitchen much, as we ate out everyday, but was well equipped. There also a pool table and beach/pool equipment available in the garage. Had a fantastic stay and would like to return in the future if possible. Thanks Roy

Excellent villa for a family stay, easily fitted my family of 7 with fully stocked kitchen and large pool area. Close to supermarkets and Disney world with a one way Uber costing around $20. Roy was an absolute pleasure to deal with in the booking process and I would definitely recommend this villa to anyone looking to stay.

Paradise on the cul-de-sac

This home is just awesome! I love that it's hidden away in a cul-de-sac. Having a pool on the property is awesome! This a very well maintained property and very close to many restaurants and grocery stores. Highly recommended!

Excellent location, clean and private

The home was clean and in a nice neighborhood. The owner and manager were helpful and nice. We loved the sight lines from the pool area. Very private. Everything we needed was close by. We will be back.

Lovely stay, communicative host

It was a lovely property and the host was very accommodating, for example, when we asked for the pool to be heated mid-stay. All of the parks we visited were easily accessible in less than 40 mins. House was really clean and checkin process was a dream. Loads of space - we were a family of 4 but there was comfortably room for 2 families of 4!

Clean and very well located

We love how this home sits on the lot. It has real privacy by the screened pool. The views are wonderful. The homeowner is very helpful. This is the second year in row we stayed at the home for an extended time and we've loved it both times. My only hope is that this review won't block us from the time we want to spend there next year.

great house with great host

The house was perfect for us. Very clean and well maintained. The orientation to the house relative o the sun is super for the winter days. We got to enjoy the pool on the cooler days or eat lunch outside. Roy is great to deal with and hopefully we will be going back soon.

Worth it

We came from the upper peninsula of Michigan to warm up and get away from the mud, this was a wonderful place to do it. The pool was perfect. Hard to leave and go back to the real world 😎

A Real Home from Home

This property was well equipped, clean and very comfortable. It really is ‘ A Home Away From Home’ and you can see it is well cared for by the owners. The owner is very prompt in replying to queries. The pool is private and gets the sun all day long. Greater Groves is not too far from the parks, whilst being far enough away if that is not what you are visiting for. It is well located for the supermarket and Chinese, Pizza and Philly steak take aways just across the road from it’s entrance We enjoyed our stay here very much. Thank You Roy.

Great house

Great house as described, everything worked and the house was clean. A little farther than expected to parks and such, but was in a nice area with close shopping and dining. I don't know how the owners response time is as we did not have any issues or need to contact them.

Nice house

Property was clean, well maintained. We had one minor issue related to a weather incident, nothing to do with owner or property. A hail storm blew through the day before our arrival, knocking out a bunch of the screen panels around the pool. Other than that our stay was quite pleasant.

This home was purchased as our home in the sun, we make it special for us. When we visit, our fun is making the home nicer for you. The picture above is after we all finished painting the outside of the home recently.

Varför värden valde detta boende

This property and location was selected by us as a new build. Sun on the pool was an important factor. We purchased the plot first I still smile when I think of standing on the plot (with a compass)confirming the path of the sun. It was perfect for all of the sun all of the time on the pool .We have owned it since 2000. We visit twice a year and still haven’t seen all that Florida offers. It is in a very quiet and peaceful location that means we can relax in the evening by the pool and only hear crickets.

This is an end of cul de sac location, very little passing traffic. That means the children and adults can sleep undisturbed. The pool is south facing, which means, summer or winter, the pool catches all the sun available.
