The apartment is south facing and is located on the 8º floor of the Imperator Complex, one of the most emblematic buildings in Marbella, located in the plenty center of Marbella and less than 10 minutes walk from the old town.
This modern air-conditioned apartment features a living room, two bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and terrace with dining area.

In the living room there are two separate areas, the lounge area where the sofa and TV are located; and on the other side the dining area.

The kitchen is equipped with oven, microwave, ceramic hob, fridge, freezer, Nescafé coffee machine and all the necessary kitchen utensils.
