The apartment is south facing and is located on the 4º floor of the Imperator Complex, one of the most emblematic buildings in Marbella, located in the plenty center of Marbella and less than 10 minutes walking from the old town.
This modern air-conditioned apartment features a living room, two bedrooms, a big sofa bed in the living room, fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms and terrace with dining area and sea views.

In the living room there are two separate areas, the lounge area where the sofa and TV are located; and on the other side the dining area. The living room features a big sofa bed with capacity for two people

In addition, the apartment has another bedroom with two single beds and a private bathroom with rain effect shower.
