Shower room equipped with a walk-in shower, a basin, a heated towel rail, and a WC. Open-concept living area with kitchen, dining area, and sitting area. Central heating powered by electricity. The kitchen hosts a microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, and coffee maker are all included. WiFi and TV. Fuel and electricity are included in the rent. Bed linen and towels are included in the rent. There is street parking available. Sorry, no pets or smoking allowed. The beach is 0.2 miles away, and there is a shop and a pub within 0.1 mile.
