Villa Rousa in Loutra is a complex of 2 individual villas, attached side by side. The villas are situated close to the town of Rethymno and all its holiday attractions. This luxury holiday rental can comfortably accommodate 13 adults. There are 6 bedrooms: 4 double, 1 twin bedroom and 1 bedroom with 3 single beds. All the bedrooms have TVs, safes, air-conditioning, balconies, and en-suite bathrooms. There is 1 additional guest bathroom in each villa as well as washing machines and hairdryers.

The Rousa luxury villas are tastefully laid out with their lounge areas furnished with comfortable seating, large flat-screen TVs, DVD players, and airy window treatments, giving an atmosphere of light and relaxation. Starting from January 1st, 2025 there is a new "environmental tax/fee" that the guests will have to pay for each day of their stay in our country according to the following schedule:
- From April to October, the rate of 15 Euros per day should be paid in cash on arrival.
- From November to March the amount of 4 Euro per day should be paid in cash on arrival.

First floor: 4 double bedrooms and 2 twin bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms and balconies.
