Antonio Lopez XVIII apartment in Madrid
The Antonio López apartment is located in the South area of Madrid, near Matadero. Well connected by metro and bus to the city centre, with the Marqués de Vadillo metro stop very close by.
Located on the banks of the Manzanares River, very close to Madrid RĂo, a huge park with a bicycle lane and space to carry out all kinds of outdoor activities, walking, doing sports, disconnecting, having the Antonio LĂłpez shopping centre next to it, Matadero Museum, a space that hosts contemporary shows and exhibitions.
The apartment:
It is located in a building with an elevator, on the top floor. It has WiFi connection. A great opportunity to get to know the city of Madrid!
It has an area of 85 mÂČ, consists of three bedrooms, has capacity for seven people and offers its guests a comfortable and pleasant stay.
The living room is an open space with a fresh decoration, a sofa bed and a beautiful dining table.
The kitchen, modern and bright, is fully equipped with everything necessary, including high-end appliances: ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, coffee maker, toaster, water heater, iron, hairdryer, individual gas boiler, air conditioning throughout the accommodation.
This wonderful apartment has two bathrooms, both with shower enclosure.
The main bedroom is very bright, it has a window to the outside and has a double bed and good storage capacity thanks to its wardrobes. The second bedroom, also with a window to the outside, has two single beds. The third bedroom has one bed.
It has cooling and heating through underfloor radiant heating, an innovative system that avoids the need to use radiators and air conditioning units.
This apartment does not have private parking. However, you will find a public car park within approximately 200 metres of the apartment.
Apartment has a spacious terrace with an automatic awning.
The cot is subject to availability. Please notify at the latest 5 days in advance.
The change from heating to air conditioning in the apartment boiler will be carried out in May, and in turn, the change from air conditioning to heating will be carried out in November, in accordance with the established property protocols

From 01/01 to 31/12: Every day from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM
2. Check-out time: 11:00.
3. Parties and events are strictly prohibited in this accommodation.

Respect: In order to ensure good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times.
The guest must prove the reason for their stay (for example, temporary transfer for work, studies, medical treatments or care of a family member) and will sign a seasonal rental contract upon arrival.
The online check-in is mandatory through the MitHouse app, where identity document photos of the guests will be requested.
