Because we are both local landlord and local agent, we have the unique opportunity to unashamedly shout about the delights of The Witterings with visitors far and wide, knowing instinctively what it takes to make a perfect home from home stay. Bracklesham Bay is a destination beach for walkers, surfers and families alike. The beach is a mix of sand and stone and depending on the state of the tide, a perfect place for buckets and spades. A prehistoric coastline, keep you eyes peeled for fossilised sharks teeth which can be found lying in the sand. You can walk East along the beach from Bracklesham to Selsey or West towards the villages of East and West Wittering.
