Vid Seagate of Amelia bor du pÄ kanten av Atlanten. LÄt ljuden frÄn kraschande vÄgor lugna dig att sova i vÄr Master king size-sÀng och kvÀllsmat comfy topmadrass. WiFi fungerar till och med pÄ vÄrt enorma havsdÀck.

Denna lÀgenhet pÄ andra vÄningen Àr mysig och kompakt, men har allt du behöver för att njuta av den perfekta semestern. Den har just varit nymÄlad och Àr sÄ ljus, ljus och strandig.

Condo was just as the listing stated. Fantastic location with an excellent view of the ocean. Perfect for those beautiful sunrises! Host was easy to get in touch with as needed and very responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

Beachfront stay with spectacular view of ocean. The home was as pictured. Kitchen was well stocked. Bed was very comfortable. Enjoyed dining on the deck and watching sunrise and sunset. The beach was beautiful and not at all crowded. We enjoyed the local restaurants which were near by. Better than expected! Hope to be back soon.

Great location and Spring Break Week Worthy!

We really enjoyed out spring break week at this cozy little condo. Perfect location on the beach and close walk to Main Beach in Fernandina Beach where there are restaurants. Perfect for my spouse and I to work while the teens rode bikes all over the Northern part of the island. Sharing a bathroom for all of us was tricky but worked well. Excellent wi-fi and loved the games that were there! Definitely will be back!

We truly enjoyed the view. To look out and see the dunes and ocean both from the unit as well as the deck was wonderful. We had everything we needed in the unit and would definitely return.

Loved the condo!

My husband and I really enjoyed this condo. The view from the deck was fantastic. We enjoyed sitting out there in the late afternoon and watching the waves. The condo had everything we needed. It's close and has easy access to the beach .

Perfect little condo.

Everything was as expected, and the location was amazing. Walk from your door to the ocean in about two minutes. The back deck was incredible. It was a nice amount of space and the process was easy.

EXCELLENT LOCATION RIGHT ON BEACH

As stated in the title. Plus view off deck was fantastic. Could sit out there for hours looking at the ocean. Very close to restaurants, shopping, etc. Condo had just the right amount of everything for a pleasant stay. Property Manager (Lee) was straight up when sending e-mails and information reference the condo. It is now our Go To Beach vacation location.

I enjoyed my stay at this Beach property. It was all that I expected and more. The unit was clean and tidy and a perfect place to visit with my furry friend. I especially l enjoyed the sunrises and relaxing on the deck. The beach is literally at your doorstep. Perfect place for a small family travelling with a pet!

Oceanfront Condo Fernandina Beach

Nice unit in a 4 unit building. Great location near the parks and downtown. Kitchen is well equipped and there are enough linens to go around. Very quiet (this is an upstairs unit) we never heard the folks next door, or below. I'm not sure if they heard us. The 4 decks are separated by fences and rails which work fine once the dogs get to know each other. Easy walk across the extended deck and pathway to the beach. I only wish there was a grill somewhere on the property.

Very nice place right on the beach.

Please, please get a new sofa set up. It's very uncomfortable and made it impossible to sit or relax on.

Beach Front condo

Overall our stay here was very nice. The view of the beach and ocean is everything! The location of the property is very convenient to many activities and restaurants. We enjoyed biking in Fort Clinch which is located 1/2 a mile near the condo. The only problem that we had was the length of the water heater of the shower. The water was only warm for 5 minutes. For a family of four, this makes it tricky to take warm showers. All in all the stay at as great. Thank you!

Birthday weekend

We are grand parents and we were accompanied by our two teen grand daughters and our two dogs. This was our first VRBO and we are impressed. The unit was wonderful. It was clean, had incredible ocean views. The owner is a very talented artist and a number of paintings are icing on the cake of a tasteful and detailed beach house atmosphere. The unit came very well supplied with numerous spices, coffee, ice cubes, dishwasher soap, cookware, glassware, dishes, a generous number of bath/beach towels, and all essentials you could imagine. The deck overlooking the ocean was private and gated which made it enjoyable for our two Cavaliers. The deck box stored two boogie boards, a kite, two folding beach chairs, and a generous selection of beach toys for children. We have found our beach front getaway and will be back.

This beachfront condo welcomed us with a clean, warm vibe that immediately drew us to the deck with an unobstructed view directly overlooking the ocean. The unit offered just what we were hoping for, a place to relax, read and enjoy the beach energy. The condo is well maintained and provided comfortable accommodations and plenty of amenities. We planned to do more in the area but found that we just wanted to stay put and take in the view. From our morning coffee to our evening happy hour the deck was our hangout but it was also nice to be able to enjoy the same view from inside on a couple of chilly mornings. Booking was seamless and communication was easy, timely and accurate. The unit is on the second floor so occupants need to be able to climb one flight of stairs to get into the unit from the parking lot or the beach. We would definitely return to this spot. We loved everything about it!

Great Beach Getaway

The condo's location was really excellent. Very convenient to Fort Clinch and Historic Downtown Fernandina Beach, but the real selling point is the private beach access. With the private boardwalk to the beach and a fair distance from any of the public access points, we found that we had the beach to ourselves most all of the time (and even found a fair number of shark's teeth for first timers). There was a shower and hose on the boardwalk for cleaning off sand and shells before coming back in. The condo itself was very comfortable, clean, and well-stocked with linens and amenities. The view of the beach and sunrise is perfect looking out from the back of the unit, and even better from the deck and the comfortable outdoor furniture. We enjoyed eating meals out there. With only one bathroom for our family of 4 we had some close family time, but we knew that going in. The bedrooms were a good size, and we had just enough space to spread out in the unit, even when we had a full day rained out. The only downside was the size of the water heater, which was small and was just about enough for one person to take a normal shower before it would start to run out. After a little adjustment on our part, it was manageable and in the big picture did not take away from a wonderful week at the beach. Lastly, I want to thank Rhona for being an excellent host. She was always quick to respond to questions and was able to make accommodations to our schedule. We look forward to staying here again in the future.
