Detta fantastiska läge är perfekt för dig att koppla av och njuta av utsikten mot havet från denna ljusa lägenhet med 2 badrum och 2 badrum.

Denna nyrenoverade lägenhet har en unik design med underbara träfunktioner i hela. När du går in i enheten hälsas du av en trevlig strandkänsla och en enstaka dekor. Det fullt utrustade köket har utsikt över matbordet och vardagsrummet. Vardagsrummet leder till din balkong med havsutsikt med sittplatser. Njut av havbrisen och ta i det härliga landskapet!

I korridoren finns de två sovrummen. Det stora sovrummet har en king size-säng, TV och privat badrum. Det andra sovrummet är möblerat med en drottning och en enkelsäng. Den har också en TV och ett badrum som är tillgängliga från korridoren. För din bekvämlighet har lägenheten en tvättmaskin och torktumlare, parkering för minst två bilar, WiFi och en gemensam pool. Great property with great view. All was as advertised and the property management company was very responsive when we had questions before arriving. Building and units are not well marked so be careful not to go to the wrong condo! I would certainly stay there again

Perfect Beach Stay

Our family of four had a fantastic time at this property! You can walk to the beach, pool, and the resort very easily. It was clean and easy to check in. It is also a short drive to Charleston as well. We look forward to visiting again soon!

Great property with the perfect location

This comfortable property is located next to Wild Dunes Resort. The unit overlooks the pool and has a beautiful view of the beach. The pool water was very clean and the area well maintained. We had a wonderful relaxing week staying at this property

Bad Mattresses- Overpriced!

Don’t like to give negative reviews, however need to be honest! The King, & Queen beds were terrible- too soft. Caused a back ache. Couldn’t sleep the whole time.

Great Location

This condo offers everything you need and great access to the pool and beach. The lighting issue we reported on arrival was dealt with promptly. The pool was well-maintained and during the last week in September it was not crowded. The pictures don’t show slight change in furniture, but everything was functionally the same.

Perfect location in Wild Dunes

This condo is bigger than it looks in pictures. The living room furniture has been updated and include a fold out couch. The view of the ocean and pool is lovely and balcony furniture is also updated and super comfy. Master bed very comfortable. Steps from beach. 5 min walk to resort amenities including heated pool. 5 min drive to isle of palms market and water tours. Loved Eco Tours sunset dolphin tour. 10 min drive to delicious restaurants in Isle of palms. 25 mins to Charleston sites. Amazing week!

Top notch

This property was better than advertised! Excellent location and convenient to Wild Dunes amenities. The short walk to the beach was great and the view from the balcony was amazing. The condo is quite large and well appointed. The decor and colors chosen were excellent. The condo was largely open and it was certainly flooded with natural light which I certainly appreciated. The Tv was in a little bit of an awkward orientation to the couch but seriously, who cares. If you’re there for Tv then you'd be better served to stay home! You will NOT be disappointed!

Perfect place on the perfect beach.....

the Condo is roomy, spacious, comfortable with an awesome view of an awesome beach. I was up early each morning to walk the beach at 8am...24 minutes in one direction and 24 minutes back. There is nothing like walking an Isle of Palms beach in the morning. The sky and clouds are breathtaking. Shell seekers roam the beach to find what the morning tide left. Dogs chase balls into the surf. We had breakfast and lunch in the condo...great kitchen and well equipped. We dined out each evening after enjoying live music at Coconut Joe's roof top bar. We had so much fun we can't wait to come back. Great people at Sweetgrass, too. Always helpful and friendly.

Family vacation

The unit was a perfect location and had a great set up. Even better in person. The only thing was that when we arrived the property management company did not explain anything. We were unclear where to park and the wild dunes amenities were not explained. It told us to go to a spa to get a pool pass and the spa was still under construction (being built) and not even open yet. So we never got it. Also the unit provides plenty of towels but is bare bones for other toiletries. It did not even have salt in pepper. Maybe this is because of covid. But You literally need to bring everything. A little difficult from other rentals I have stayed in. Otherwise the property was lovely and we would rent again!

great views, clean, well decorated

My family and I have stayed in Wild Dunes the past four years and this by far is my favorite condo. Unit had great views of the beach (and if you are short like me, while washing dishes you can see the views, too). While standing at the kitchen sink, you can enjoy the palm trees. Unit is clean and very well decorated with its furniture, shiplap, and beautiful art work. There is a new pull-out couch (with no rips or tears), 2 New chairs and the rugs and carpets are in good condition (obviously, the previous review was taken seriously and couch/chairs and rugs replaced- new couch/chairs not pictured). The pool is nice and clean. Unit has enough hooks to hang towels and the towels were nice and thick. Unit even has a drying rack in one of the bathrooms built into the shower. The kitchen is well equipped (only missing a manuel whisk and silicone tipped tongs). The pans are nice, but would benefit from silicone tipped utensils. My suggestion, to make it a 5 star would be to: install ceiling fans in the livingroom and both bedrooms (unit has floor fans and one mounted on the wall in the back room), to apply primer on all the wainscotting before paint due to the fact that the knots in the wood are bleeding through and at first glance appears to potentially be watermarks, but it's just the knots of the wood (or remove all wainscotting), wash the comforters, install higher shower heads for taller people (my husband's over 6 feet tall), provide more hangers in both closets, provide high back bar stools at the bar (kids love sitting at bars). There was only one small table on the balcony when we arrived and 4 chairs. Provide parking directions. Please be aware, that parking under the building is only for units C&D, A&B must park further out in the parking lot, which unfortunately, was flooded (over our ankles) while we were there the majority of the time. Provide a path with stepping stones from back steps to sidewalk (to avoid walking through muddy grass). Not sure why, but at times the AC would all of a sudden just turn off and we'd have to turn it back on and the bottom rack of the dishwater washer was a challenge to pull in and out, the high heat setting on the dryer was not working, but the medium heat setting worked fine and dried well. Again, this was may favorite place despite minor glitches and the price was reasonable. I highly recommend!
