Bright and cosy three-rooms apartment on the 5th floor in a strategic area of the city, well connected to main tourist attractions. The kitchen is complete with dishes and appliances: water boiler, fridge, microwave, induction hob, and oven. The sleeping area consists of 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed, 2 single beds, and 1 sofa bed.
The apartment is for non-smokers only and is provided with wifi, television, washing machine, hair dryer, air conditioning, lift, iron and ironing board, safe box, and toiletries. The house is at your complete disposal and we've put care in every detail in order to welcome you in a clean and comfortable space, whether you're staying for business or just passing by to visit the city. You're welcome, take care of it!
Guest can access to a private balcony.
Onsite staff from 9:30 to 16.00.
The neighborhood offers a wide choice of cafes, restaurant and a supermarket around the corner.
The closest bus stop is across the street.

The ZTL is normally active from: Monday to Friday from 6.30 to 18.00 and Saturday from 14.00 to 18.00 (subject to changes).
You will see an electronic sign at the "entrance" of the ZTL reporting one of the 2 options:
ZTL ATTIVO = access by car is not allowed
ZTL NON ATTIVO = access by car is allowed
No need to worry about the ZTL if you are exiting the area. . City Tax: ⏠6,00 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 10 nights
