Fantastic stay in lovely Rome

We had a lovely holiday staying in this apartment , it is in a great location only ten minutes walk to the colosseum and close to a metro station . The apartment was clean and comfortable with all the amenities we needed , we especially liked the terrace . There is a cafe next door selling lovely fresh pastries and many authentic restaurants within a ten minute walk. The communication from the representatives was excellent and they were very helpful. We would thoroughly recommend straying here .

Wonderful stay.

Wonderful stay. We were a party of 6. This was our first trip to Rome. The apartment is as shown in the pictures. The apartment was clean, nicely laid out. The owners have detailed instructions for everything-nice for Americans who are not familiar with European appliances. The staff worked with arranging transportation as well as helping us with tours. They were very responsive to questions- and I had a lot of them. Definitely recommend for a party of 6One thing though. If you get there earlier than check in, make sure you are dropped off at the office, which is several blocks from the. Apartment. Difficult to pull or carry luggage form the apartment to the office.

Perfect

Our stay was amazing! 3 couples spend the weekend here prior to a cruise. The location is perfect- close walking distance to the coliseum and several restaurants, small stores, etc. We would definitely recommend for those of you wanting to experience Rome

Family Vacation

Rome with friends

This property was perfect for our stay. Loved the location....walking distance to the Coliseum, wonderful restaurants, markets, Gelato. We didn't want for anything! The owners responded quickly to all our needs! We highly recommend.....Grazie!

Roman holiday

5 of us stayed (2 couples and 1 friend) for 3 nights. It was a great apartment - we thought the location might be too far from the city center - but it was perfect! The apartment was quiet and each room in the apartment was quiet. We loved sitting on the terrace/watching the colors change - sunrise, sunset, etc. We loved our stay!!

The manager and his team are incredibly professional and informative. The accommodation was perfect and the outside space was absolutely amazing! The location was ideal and the cafe at the entrance of the building was an added bonus! Lovely people and experience.

Perfect location!!

Loved this apartment and terrace!! Close walk to Colosseum, Arch of Constantine, Forum of Caesar, Trevi Fountain, and a great variety of piazzas, museums and historical sites. The owner was very responsive and helpful and made arrangements for pick up from the airport. Would definitely stay here again,

Great New Years Break

We stayed with our eldest (adult) child over new year for 4 days. The bedrooms were large and clean with plenty of storage and the bathrooms very clean.We didn’t use the kitchen beyond making a hot drink but there were facilities to cook if we had wanted. The heating was efficient and the apartment warm. We didn’t use the balcony room though as it was was a little chilly. It would be wonderful when warmer.The hosts arranged our transfers to and from the airport which was incredibly convenient and the option to store our luggage on our last day was also very useful. We also liked having the Virtual key on an app rather than having to carry around keys all day.The location was fantastic, less than a 10 minute walk from the Colloseum. The hosts also recommended some great local restaurants and we tried a couple, the food was excellent and a great price too. I would recommend this apartment for a short stay. The hosts also left us some Prosecco as a welcome which we didn’t get around to drinking, but it was a lovely touch.

Nice place and well located. The patio is nice but unfortunately the glass doors can't be used. Lots of mosquitos so the main seating area was not ideal. Otherwise the place is great.

Wonderful Stay in Rome

We stayed here for a week at the end of March and were very pleased. Communication was fantastic. The apartment was clean and extremely comfortable for our family of 4. It was great for us to all have our own space after long days of walking and exploring Rome. I highly recommend asking the owners to arrange transportation to and from the airport, it made things so easy, especially upon arrival. The location is within walking distance to so many sights and the metro station is only a 10-15 minute walk away. There are so many wonderful restaurants to choose from within a 10 minute walk. The view from the terrace was beautiful. Thank you for a fabulous stay for our first trip to Italy!

Reasonable location

Property is average. Photos are definitely staged to make it appear larger and brighter than it is in reality. I was very turned off by the continuous video monitoring INSIDE the property. We have stayed in multiple VRBO locations throughout Italy and the world and have never encountered this. Overall, “fine” but definitely not a place I would look to return to.

Great apartment, exactly as pictured. It was actually a bit larger than I expected so that was a nice surprise. Also much quieter than expected since it overlooks the street. No noise really reached us. It is very much a neighborhood - not a touristy area at all yet you can easily walk to the Colosseum. Hosts always replied to my questions promptly leading up to our stay. Would not hesitate to stay here again. There's a wonderful cafe right next door for breakfast. Don't bother going to the one on the corner, the one next door is better and friendlier. Several other restaurants at the end of the block as well. We didn't try them but they are right there if you want something close. Note that there isn't really a good place for cars to stop long to pick you up so take care if coordinating a pick up. We did it every day - sometimes twice a day - without too many issues. You just need to be downstairs on time. Coordinate with your driver and it will work.

Outstanding penthouse in Rome.

This VRBO was outstanding. It was right up the walk from the colosseum. We could see the colosseum from our balcony area. The VRBO is on the same street as the San Clemente Basillica, which was one of the things that we were looking forward to seeing on this trip. Guiseppi was wonderful. He arranged for our transportation from the airport when we arrived and to the train station when we left. In both cases it was cheaper than what we could find on our own through google. The rooms and bathrooms were the nicest we had during our time in Florence, Rome, and Geneva. From our location, we were able to walk to the Colosseum, Forum, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, and the Pantheon. We also were able to walk to the subway station to go to the Vatican and a different subway station to go to St. Paul outside the wall. We would definitely stay there again. It was a highlight of the trip for the 6 of us. Each pair had their own bedroom and bathroom.

Fantastic host and beautiful house

Giuseppe's place is beautifully decorated, spacious, and has a lovely patio. Giuseppe is a fantastic host, he is very communicative, and helpful. He oriented us to the city, helped us find the metro stations, he is a wealth of information when it comes to visiting sites and when and how. He was incredibly helpful in arranging transportation for us and is very quick to respond to questions! The location is not central to Rome itself...it is central to the Ancient Rome portion of the city but it is south of the Colosseum. Rome is incredibly large so using the metro is required and this apartment is central to two metro stations which is very helpful. Also of note, there is a refrigerator but it is not a full size fridge, he has mini-fridge's in each room which is quite handy actually but not if you are planning on cooking meals and purchasing groceries - it is ideal however, for cool beverages after a long day of sight seeing in the summer heat. The apartment has plenty of charging outlets by the beds, a safe, and places to hang your clothing. We wish we had more time to enjoy the patio which is incredibly pretty. Thanks for the wonderful stay!
