This family home will enable you to live in the center of Paris, close to all the city's main attractions. The apartment measures 82mÂČ and is located on Rue Saint-Placide in the 6th arrondissement of Paris. It is on the 3rd floor with elevator.

It comprises two bedrooms, a bathroom, an equipped kitchen and a double living room overlooking Rue Saint Placide.

The apartment enjoys pleasant natural light throughout the day.

Great Location, Dated Apartment

Great location within walking distance to most points of interest. Neighborhood is also great with all high end shops and variety of restaurants. The apartment is a bit dated and quirky but serves as a good base. Light sleepers beware
floors really creak!

Great Location

Fantastic place in the 6th. Close to two metros and within walking distance of many restaurants, shops, and the Bonne Marche. The elevator was great for luggage and long days. Check-in was easy. Would definitely stay again. Loved having two bedrooms. Large apartment with a wonderful view.

Excellent location

Located near le Bon Marché and not far from Montparnasse - excellent transport options to get anywhere in the city. Cafe options nearby are great. Typical Paris apartment challenges (no air conditioning, creaking floors, no shower curtain, etc) but there is a washing machine and dishwasher, and if you are an experienced Paris visitor, you will be right at home.

Great neighborhood, but . . .

When I first arrived I was a bit disappointed with the he condition of the furniture, water closet, bathroom, kitchen, cleanliness, etc. I could see in the photographs online that some of the furniture was older and the decor was outdated, but I did not expect the material on the couch would be so faded/stained, or the chairs in the living room would be so old and uncomfortable. In the kitchen, the refrigerator had a very bad smell and the area around the oven looked very old/stained. The water closet was so small and smelled like damp, and the entire apartment could have used a good dusting. The bathroom was OK, but there was not door/curtain for the shower mean water splashed everywhere and had to be cleaned after every shower. In my bedroom there was very little closet space and it was made out of an old shower which I thought was very strange. In addition to the owner of the apartment left their personal items in both bedroom closets, and there was no place for me to hang anything in my bedroom. I had to use what looked like an old towel bar with hangers to hang up my clothes and then put some of my other items on the shelves. In the other bedroom, there were many personal items left by the owner, and the hangers that were available for us to use were old and mismatched. Also, in the living room, the plants were yellow and dead, making it seem even older. I am a cosmopolitan woman from San Francisco, who grew up with European parents, and I live in an old apartment in San Francisco. So I understand the beauty and charm of an old flat. But this was not one of the those . . . On the plus side, it was a wonderful with beautiful windows in the living room, and having both stairs and an elevator, and the security of the building were positives The support that I have received from the rental agency was been fantastic.

TrÚs beau séjour à Paris avec mes enfants, l'appartement est beau, bien équipé, trÚs confortable. Peu de bruit, tranquil. We had a wonderful stay in Paris. The apartment is fully equipped, clean, and well-situated in a beautiful neighbourhood. Everything is accessible by bus and metro.
