Property Details:

This 60-sqm apartment is located on the 3rd floor with elevator access. The flexible space can be used as a living, dining, or home office area, furnished with a comfortable sofa, flat-screen TV, and a dining table with chairs. The apartment includes Wi-Fi, suitable for working from home and making video calls.



The fully equipped kitchen includes a sink, toaster, electric kettle, full-sized refrigerator, stove, drip coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher and more. Complete sets of dishes, cutlery, and crockery are provided, along with pots, pans, and kitchen utensils. A washing machine is available for your convenience, and a drying rack is also provided. Additional amenities include an iron, ironing board, vacuum, mop, and broom.



Both bedrooms are street-facing and furnished with double beds and high-quality mattresses. Professionally laundered sheets, comforters, pillows, and pillowcases are provided, as well as bath towels for each guest. The apartment includes one bathroom, accessible via the hallway, featuring a shower, toilet, and sink. The bathroom is equipped with a hairdryer, along with complimentary toilet rolls, shampoo, shower gel, and hand soap to start your stay.



Guest safety is our priority, which is why the apartment is professionally cleaned and sanitized before each arrival. The apartment is heated during the winter months. There is no air conditioning, but portable fans can be provided upon request, subject to availability.

- Check-out is by 10:00AM.

- The apartment is NOT suitable for parties, events and photoshoots and the maximum number of guests should never exceed 4 people.

- Please note a noise monitoring device is installed at the property entrance for extra security and to ensure the peace of the property. This device is not located in any sleeping area or bathroom.

*The elevator is not guaranteed and may occasionally be out of service. Common areas, including stairwells, may vary in condition due to cleaning or maintenance.

*The property may vary slightly from the photos due to recent renovations, furniture rearrangements or other. This will be indicated in the description or photos when possible.

*In the instance that you you will NOT be doing a self check-in and a member of our Welcoming Team must meet you to provide the keys: if you arrive between 19:00 and 21:59 there will be a €50 late check-in fee. Between 22:00 and 00.59 there will be a €90 check-in fee. After 1 AM - €120 check-in fee. This fee is only payable in cash in local currency. Kindly give notice via SMS or email if you will be delayed and unable to check in at your pre-arranged time. Our Welcoming Assistant will wait for you at the meeting point. Late check-in is subject to availability and it needs to be scheduled at least 24 h before arrival. Management reserves the right to enter the property for purposes of inspection, maintenance, cleaning, or to show the unit to potential tenants. The Guest must allow Management or their representative (including workmen), with reasonable notice, access to the property at any reasonable time during their stay (except in an emergency or if a problem needs sorting out quickly and they cannot be contacted. In these urgent situations, Management can enter the property without giving prior notice). The Management has the additional right to conduct viewings of the property between the hours of 8:00 and 19:00. If any personal items are left behind, we will do our best to assist with their return or arrange a pick-up, but any associated costs or service fees will be the guest’s responsibility.
