Our 2-level semi-detached holiday retreat has all the characteristics of a rural yet chic home. Nestled in a delightfully peaceful historic area, the hillside holiday house offers an atmosphere of the charming old times, with an adjoining private outdoor area allowing moments of freshness during hot summer days and open-air dining to enjoy on your holiday.

This 2-bedroom holiday house for 5 is perfect for families and has a super spacious and welcoming living area on the ground floor, perfect to disconnect from the outside world. There is also a dining table alongside a fully-equipped modern kitchen to prepare and indulge in family meals in the retreat. In the kitchen, you will find everything, from a dishwasher and oven to a fridge and coffee machine at your disposal and a carefree stay on Lake Orta.

The bedrooms of the house are on the first floor, which also has a lovely balcony with a seating space with partial views of the lake.

The house offers, upon payment of 100 € per day on the spot, a private dock on Lake Orta, otherwise famously without public moorings allowing you to experience magical moments on the lake.

The house is perfectly positioned to reach the centre of beautiful Orta San Giulio within a 20-minutes walk. A bistro and a restaurant are also within a short 10-minutes walk on foot for moods for eating out.

For refreshment at the lake waters, the Lido - Spiaggia Miami is a 6-minutes drive away. Meanwhile, for hiking enthusiasts, lovely trails at Monte Bargheja and Sentiero Bolzano are a 10-minutes drive away. Those with little ones can easily head to Adventure Park Lago d’ Orta Le Pigne located at a quick 5-minutes drive for endless family fun. And if you want to catch a breathtaking view of Lake Orta, then your destination awaits at Torre di Buccione, also located just 5-minutes away.
