We enjoyed our peaceful stay at the green castle. It was clean, smelled fresh and everything was new and well kept. Perfect spot for a short stay!

Great stay close to airport and Stadium

Very nice place to stay. It was as described and a great value compared to overtpriced hotels in the area. It has all the essentials and we few extras. The bed is very comfortable.

Excellent Property and Better Host

Rogelio is an excellent host. Air Conditioning stopped working on a hot day. He was very prompt and fixed the unit. I was very impressed and appreciative. Unlike some places I’ve stayed, listing and positive comments were accurate.

Very clean and comfortable. We were just here to crash after flying in before heading to central Florida to see family. After a 3 hour delay and landing at 2am, opening the door to this clean calm space was like an oasis in the desert. Would stay again!

Property is small and cozy but sufficient. Adjoining house was a bit loud and the window on the door sketched me out a bit with a 2nd story next door but overall, great place. Rogelio was very responsive and made the place feel like home. Lots of extras like Starbucks coffee, travel sized needs and extra tooth brushes. Could use additional seating for eating but highly recommend.

It's one big room w/private bath, like a New York City apartment. Only stayed for a night. We were catching a 6am flight. Host is very friendly and accessible if needed.

I would highly recommend this for a cozy place for one to sleep, good fridge, soft bed, clean room and easy access to go do and see the bay area. Not a place to hang out for long but a nice retreat. Does need a coffee table (hint hint) but had starbucks coffee :) -Tim

Hard to say anything negative about this place. Check-in was easy, communication was quick and easy. The room itself was in great shape and very clean. They thought of everything like an extra toothbrush and hair/body wash. Even had a coffee maker. Really great stay.

AMAZING beautiful, Clean, private, quiet, and had EVERYTHING I needed!!! BETTER than any hotel!! It even had toothbrushes, shaver, ample towels, silverware, glasses, cups, coffee etc etc. FIVE STARS!!!! And Rogelio?? Super super super nice!!!! This place and the owner make you feel like royalty !!!! A MUst place to stay If you’re in Tampa!

It Was a Quiet Stay

I appreciated the fact that it was a quiet stay since I had to leave for Tampa Airport at 3:30 am. Having everything nice and clean was exceptional. At first, I didn't know how to work the lock, but a lady next door showed me. I made my flight to NYC next morning.

This is a small apartment, beautifully maintained and spotlessly clean. The only cooking facilities are a pod coffee machine and a microwave, but plenty of crockery and cutlery for take-out or delivered food. The bathroom is well equipped with a very powerful shower with 2 heads. Soap, toothbrushes, toothpaste, shower gel and shampoo is provided, as are some coffee pods for the coffee maker. Rogelio is an excellent host and very responsive to all requests. Well wort a stay.

La habitación muy limpia y acogedora y cómoda.Tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días maravillosos como microhondas, utensilios, cafetera, closet con puertas en espejos y un juego de comedor divino. Baño amplio y limpio con blower. En resumen me encantó y lo volvería a escoger.
