The farmhouse-style apartment, located on the first floor and easily accessible by elevator, can accommodate up to 5 people and features a bright living area with a spacious and modern kitchen equipped with an induction hob, refrigerator, oven, freezer, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, and toaster. The living room is furnished with particular attention to details, with a comfortable sofa bed that can accommodate one person, a satellite TV, and air conditioning. The large window overlooks a spacious covered terrace equipped with a table, chairs, and a barbecue to enjoy outdoor lunches and a rocking lounger to relax during the cooler hours. The accommodation has two bedrooms with wardrobes, the first with a double bed and the second with two single beds that can be joined. Windowed bathroom with washing machine, shower box, and hairdryer. The complex offers a lovely swimming pool with a solarium area nestled in the greenery (guaranteed opening period 01/06-30/09). A private parking space is available for guests. WiFi NOT available. Starting from April 2025, a construction site for a new residence will be in front of the apartment, so during the day, noise may be heard on the terrace. Pets not allowed. Non-smoking apartment.
