Plats är nyckeln! Denna stuga ligger ett halvt kvarter till stranden och ligger en gata över från huvudgatan, Garfield Parkway. Den har 4 sovrum, 2 badrum och en utomhusdusch. Denna stuga totalrenoverades 2006 och innehåller ett modernt kök och så viktigt för ett sommarhus vid stranden centrala luftkonditionering genom ut. Köket har alla nya apparater, familjstorlek (92 tum) bord som alla platser bekvämt. Vardagsrummet har en ny platt skärm, med kabel och trådlöst internet i hela huset. Njut av avkopplande eftermiddagar på det yttre trädgårdsdäcket och lugna sommarkvällar på framsidan skärmad i veranda. 3 sovrum har dubbelsängar och ett sovrum har 2 enkelsängar. Sängkläder (sänglinne, bad- och badhanddukar) ingår från Memorial Day till Labor Day Week. (Observera att sängkläder, bad- och badhanddukar ingår inte efter Labor Day-veckan förrän helgen före Memorial Day) Vi debiterar inte extra för skatter.

80th Birthday weekend

My cousins, mother and I could not have been more pleased with the cottage. Not only was it a nice as it looked in the pictures, it was within walking distance of the beach, boardwalk, shops and restaurants. We didn’t have to drive anywhere. There was plenty of space inside and out on the front or back porches. We plan on renting here again!

Great location

Came in town for a quick golf trip. Perfect location to restaurants and bars. House was very clean upon arrival and owners are quick to respond to any questions. Would rent here again.

Great location!

Cute cottage only a block away from the main Bethany Beach boardwalk area and less than 2 blocks from the beach. You can walk everywhere - even with kids! It's the off season right now, which we loved, not busy at all and we got a great sunny stretch of warm weather. Please note as it's stated in the welcome letter, no linens are provided in the off season. Easy peasy to bring our own, just as long as you know before you go.

Perfect Bungalow

Recently had a girls weekend in this adorable house and loved it! The location is perfect and we walked to beach, to restaurants, and the cute shops, loved being that close to everything. The kitchen had everything we needed, the layout was great, the beds were comfortable, we will definetly be back!

Perfect Off Season Stay

Bethany Beach off season

We really enjoyed the property. It was tastefully and comfortably decorated and clean. The kitchen had all appliances and tableware in great condition. The property is ideally located in easy walking distance of the beach and the town. We will definitely rebook this one again.

Great original beach cottage in Bethany

We are returning guests to Keith’s cottage. We appreciate that fact that when renovated, the original integrity was saved and the modern conveniences on the interior are great for today’s needs. The cottage was clean, well-equipped and a comfortable stay. We would surely recommend Keith’s cottage if you are looking to stay in town in Bethany.

Wonderful location, yard and house. We love the shade of the Crepe Myrtle trees in the front and the back deck and yard. Perfect for outdoor gatherings. Our third year staying in the rental. Its perfect for a family, has everything that is needed for a wondeful week.

Three generations

The cottage accommodated all of us beautifully and provided wonderful spaces for family time: screened porch for relaxing and play, back deck with picnic table and other seating, living room for puzzles and Magnatiles, and dining table for drawing and chatting. We enjoyed the lovely lawn and garden, too. A perfect beach vacation spot!

Had a lovely stay with my 84 year old mom. The location was perfect so she didn’t need to walk far to enjoy the beach, restaurants, and shops. The cottage is a gem.

Charming cottage

Our group stayed for a week and BB was the perfect backdrop for our first time blending our families. The older kids enjoyed proximity to shopping and restaurants and the younger ones loved the ease of walking to the beach. While we had 7 of us, it was a tight squeeze to spend time together in the living room. The owners did a great job enhancing and updating the property but perhaps should consider sectional seating to accommodate more than 2 adults comfortably. We loved the screened in porch and the character of an older home as well.

Amy grew up less than five miles away from Bethany and spent her summers as a beach chair and umbrella girl. I grew up in the mountains of Vermont, but for some reason I loved the beach, so when I came to Washington DC, I had to go to the beach. The beach is where we met, fell in love and plan to spend the rest of our time watching our son Hudson, now 6, become a beach lover like us.

Varför värden valde detta boende

Location is everything, park your car at the beginning of your stay and never have to use it again. Just around the corner is the family friendly downtown area of Bethany Beach. Kids will enjoy the ice cream parlors, DB boardwalk fries, putt putt golf, the old fashioned five and dime and Grottos Pizza, all within two blocks from the house. Adults will enjoy the great restaurants and boutique shopping right in town. A ten mile drive in either direction and you'll find water parks, golfing, outlet shopping and other great summer fun activities.
