Plats är nyckeln! Denna stuga ligger ett halvt kvarter till stranden och ligger en gata över från huvudgatan, Garfield Parkway. Den har 4 sovrum, 2 badrum och en utomhusdusch. Denna stuga totalrenoverades 2006 och innehåller ett modernt kök och så viktigt för ett sommarhus vid stranden centrala luftkonditionering genom ut. Köket har alla nya apparater, familjstorlek (92 tum) bord som alla platser bekvämt. Vardagsrummet har en ny platt skärm, med kabel och trådlöst internet i hela huset. Njut av avkopplande eftermiddagar på det yttre trädgårdsdäcket och lugna sommarkvällar på framsidan skärmad i veranda. 3 sovrum har dubbelsängar och ett sovrum har 2 enkelsängar. Sängkläder (sänglinne, bad- och badhanddukar) ingår från Memorial Day till Labor Day Week. (Observera att sängkläder, bad- och badhanddukar ingår inte efter Labor Day-veckan förrän helgen före Memorial Day) Vi debiterar inte extra för skatter.

Charming cottage in a perfect location

Small cottage with 4 bedrooms and 2 baths easily accommodated our 3 generation family. We loved being able to easily walk to the beach and living in the heart of Bethany Beach. Beautiful gardens, ample parking, linens, towels! A hidden gem!

Great location

Came in town for a quick golf trip. Perfect location to restaurants and bars. House was very clean upon arrival and owners are quick to respond to any questions. Would rent here again.

Exceptional Beach Cottage

We have stayed at this beautiful cottage every summer for years, and it is always a delight. The house is a gem - comfortable and spacious inside, with a fully equipped kitchen (linens and towels come with the house also); a screened-in front porch framed by crape myrtles and climbing roses; and a gorgeous yard and backyard lovingly tended by the owners. Steps away from both the beach and Garfield Parkway, with off street parking in the alley. You cannot find a more lovely property, in my view.

Quiet and convenient

Perfect Off Season Stay

We really enjoyed our stay in the cottage. It was so cozy and close to the beach and shops. Beds were very comfortable and the unit had everything we needed. Would definitely return!

Such a lovely stay

We had such a wonderful time staying in this beautiful property. Downtown Bethany Beach is such a delight the hosts, even though they were out of town, and on their own vacation or responsive, answered any questions we had promptly and kindly we will definitely be back.

Bethany Beach off season

We really enjoyed the property. It was tastefully and comfortably decorated and clean. The kitchen had all appliances and tableware in great condition. The property is ideally located in easy walking distance of the beach and the town. We will definitely rebook this one again.

Amy grew up less than five miles away from Bethany and spent her summers as a beach chair and umbrella girl. I grew up in the mountains of Vermont, but for some reason I loved the beach, so when I came to Washington DC, I had to go to the beach. The beach is where we met, fell in love and plan to spend the rest of our time watching our son Hudson, now 6, become a beach lover like us.

Varför värden valde detta boende

Location is everything, park your car at the beginning of your stay and never have to use it again. Just around the corner is the family friendly downtown area of Bethany Beach. Kids will enjoy the ice cream parlors, DB boardwalk fries, putt putt golf, the old fashioned five and dime and Grottos Pizza, all within two blocks from the house. Adults will enjoy the great restaurants and boutique shopping right in town. A ten mile drive in either direction and you'll find water parks, golfing, outlet shopping and other great summer fun activities.
