SWEET SPOT AT THE BEACH! This lovingly maintained beach cottage is the perfect landing spot to explore the Quiet Resorts of Bethany Beach. Just a hop, skip and a jump from the beach (1.5 short blocks) and a short walk to the shops and restaurants "in-town". You'll love everything about this 4 BR, 2 1/2 BA home... there's a lovely screened porch, outdoor shower, plenty of parking, CAC, W/D, BBQ Grill and even a small backyard. Owners even supply a Bethany Beach parking permit! No Pets or Smoking please. Guests pay a $160 cleaning fee for stays under 7 nights. Sheets and towels are not included, but are available for rent. Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO. We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards (subject to a 2.75% Convenience Fee). We also accept E-checks with no fees, as well as personal checks. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30-days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card (subject to a 2.75% Convenience Fee).

Great location

Many nice features, including outdoor shower, location, two refrigerators is wonderful and screen porch. However, the mattress situation is not good and they need to be replaced.

Reviewer Comments: Our family summer home @208th 4th approaching thirty years and we have fond memories from those years which will never be forgotten.As for this year the seems the cleaning company had to call in additional help to get the home acceptable.Other than that we always feel welcomed to 208th 4th and our vacation is on from the first minute.We look forward to coming back each year .

Awesome house

We had a great stay at this house! Super cute and plenty of room for all. Wish sheets were provided as part of the cost. Favorite part was the outdoor shower and additional bathroom underneath the house!

One of our best places yet

This one was in a great location and was all around solid. Had some beach gear onsite, comfortable rooms, good setup in the home, etc. We enjoyed our week there and would have rebooked for next season has we not had a conflicting vacation setup already. Will definitely keep an eye on this property for future rentals.

In general, the house was perfect clean and all the supplies we needed. We loved spending time in the screen room. I would stay again just for that. Overall great stay with clear expectations. Loved it!

Charming beach cottage

Our girls' book club stayed at Sea Legs for a long weekend in late April 2022. It's a very convenient location for access to downtown Bethany Beach and to the beach. We enjoyed our stay... Comfortable, perfect for 5-8 people, kitchen had all necessary items including a large table for eating and playing games. The twin beds were a little firm for some but the queen and king beds were comfortable. The house was very clean and the decor was perfect.
