Located on the hillside above the popular beach resort of Woolacombe with its award-winning and stunning 3-mile expanse of surfing sands, this property offers a perfect family coastal retreat. A sloping driveway and steps lead up to the main entrance and you will start to feel at home as soon as you arrive. Offering space for all the family to enjoy a relaxing holiday, the house has been furnished and decorated in a bright contemporary style and offers two spacious family areas as well as space for individuals to âhide awayâ and just enjoy the views. On the lower level there is a large open-plan, high quality and well-equipped kitchen with patio doors to a large front patio. The kitchen itself opens up into a dining area with seating for 12 and a comfortable snug area. The main lounge is on the first floor with large sofas and floor to ceiling bi-fold doors that provide wonderful sea and country views. These doors open and extend the living space onto a very large, decked balcony with glass balustrade to take advantage of the sensational views, allowing guests to enjoy sunny days and balmy evenings. A wood burner in the lounge provides a focal point for those cooler seasons. Six bedrooms are laid out over the first and second floor. Two double rooms on the second floor have their own private balcony to enjoy the stunning sea and coastal views and one has ensuite facilities. A spacious twin room on this level has a Juliet balcony overlooking the large rear garden and there are three further bedrooms all on the first floor - a double with door to patio and rear garden and two twin rooms. A family shower room on the second floor and bathroom on the first floor provide ample facilities for families and groups of friends holidaying together. The outdoor space is also fabulous. At the rear, there is a large, fully enclosed, terraced garden with patio and garden furniture. At the front there are two private balconies on the second floor, a very large, decked balcony off the first floor and plenty of patio space on the ground floor level.
