Spacious and cozy apartment overlooking the Church of Orsammichele and view of the prestigious and central Via Calzaiuoli. Recently tastefully renovated. Bright, spacious apartment, with refined furnishings It consists of three double rooms, two of which have en-suite bathrooms, large living area with kitchenette. Located on the second floor, historic stone stairs to walk down. Not suitable for guests with reduced mobility and children.
Service limitation: The temperature values allowed in our apartment are 19°C (+ 2°C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21° C. Based on Decree no. 383 of 6/10/2022 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period of switching on the systems for the Municipality of Florence is allowed from 8 November to 7 April, for a maximum of 11 hours per day.
Pay attention to your house keys. In case of loss or non-delivery of the keys, a cost of 50 Euros will be charged for replacing the lock for security reasons.
For urgent interventions caused by the guest outside office hours (from 10pm to 8am) a payment of EUR100 will be required. . City Tax: € 5,50 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 7 nights

wonderful property

Everything was superb. Very spacious and great location , a 5 min walk to everything! Only drawback was the one bedroom that looks over the street which is noisy at night. If you are familiar with city noise it won't bother you.

Great stay...the condo is really big and confortable, and it looks just like the pictures. The location is great, close to everything. The only thing is that it is a bit noisy early in the morning, but that is to expect for the central location.

Great Florence Location

We enjoyed our stay at this wonderful property. The location is fantastic. Walking distance to everything and many shops and restaurants are close . There is noise with being in the city center but we travel with a sound machine so this was not a problem. The place was very clean and communication and check in was great. My only only recommendation is that there needs to be more glassware, particularly wine glasses.

Great Location

Located in the heart of Florence, this is a very clean and spacious apartment. I would have given 5 stars but the windows would were difficult to close completely and it is a very noisy location due to the numerous tourists outside on the street until the early morning hours. If the property owner would upgrade to some modern windows that close completely this would help the noise issue. But you can’t beat the location, just steps away from the Duomo and Piazza dells Signoria.

Better than the photos!

The pictures of this apartment do not do it justice, it is actually so much better. It was so cute, and so clean! The check in process was easy and they were so helpful. There is a small lift so you don't have to walk up all the steps if you don't want to. We really enjoyed our stay. I would 100% recommend this apartment and I would absolutely stay here again. The bathrooms were all clean and well maintained. The location was great, it's close to everything, we walked everywhere.

Simply Brilliant

The apartment is conveniently located very close to Piazza Della Replublica which is only a few minutes away. The apartment was as described in the description and we were delighted to stay here. The windows don't close very well and there is some street noise - so if a light sleeper......bring ear plugs as the street below is busy. This does not detract from the quality of the apartment and the location. I would thoroughly recommend staying here. The communication from Elisa and especially Alessandro was brilliant. Florence is a beautiful city and I would love to stay forever!!!! I will be back and stay here again.

Location, location, location!

Stayed here for a weekend an absolutely loved it! The pictures don’t do it justice, this place is gorgeous. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are so clean. Now I could go on and on about the location… you are right in the heart of the city! The views from the windows are beautiful and picturesque. If you can stay here, do it!
