Lägenheten ligger på första våningen i en vacker byggnad. Huset är charmig och elegant. De 2 sovrummen är mycket mysiga och en hel del uppmärksamhet på detaljer har betalats. Lägenheten har 2 dubbelrum, ett vardagsrum med DVD-spelare, avkodare för internationella kanaler och en LCD-TV, en oberoende fullt utrustat kök, ett badrum. I vardagsrummet finns en bäddsoffa. I ingången till lägenheten finns en möblerad skåp där våra gäster kan hitta alla nödvändiga faktorer för provsmakning italienska vin. I skåpet kan du också hitta många kartor och resvägar i Florens och annan nyttig information för att besöka Florens. Lägenheten har två balkonger på en lugn trädgård.

Huset ligger i den historiska stadskärnan i Florens, i den historiska regionen "San Frediano. Från huset kan du nå till fots alla viktiga plats i centrum av Florens (Boboli trädgård 400 meter, Pitti Palace 500 meter, Ponte Vecchio 900 meter bort från vår egendom). Om du inte vill att promenera till staden, är busshållplatsen bara 50 meter från huset, bussen kommer att bära dig i Florens medeltida stad i 3 '. De mest eleganta shoppinggatorna i Florens, med butiker som säljer antikviteter, smycken, läder, linne, livsmedel, bakverk, ligger alla inom gångavstånd. Close to Vatican

Apartment was very nice and well stocked for our stay. Self check in worked well. Kitchen was well stocked to cook simple meals at home. Location was fantastic for visits to Vatican City and walkable to Pantheon and Colloseum, although it is a long walk. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here on your visit to Rome.

Hermoso apartamento en el corazón de Florencia

Muy limpio, con todo lo necesario, la vista del jardín espectacular, la comunicación fue muy buena, agradecí que nos aceptaran más temprano ya que viajaba con un grupo bebé y un niño y muchas maletas. La ubicación es perfecta, tienes todo cerca. A pocos pasos el centro histórico, supermercados, restaurantes, farmacia, bus, etc.¡Volveremos!

Von der Wohnung aus ist das Stadtzentrum gut zu erreichen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert.

Tolle Ferienwohnung

Wir waren zu 6. und rundum zufrieden. Der Check-in war trotz später Ankunft aufgrund der Fährverspätung von Korsika völlig problemlos. Die Wohnung hat ein schönes Flair. Bis ins Zentrum läuft man zwar ein Stück, dafür befindet sich um die Ecke eine ganz tolle skandinavische Bäckerei. Die einzige Schwierigkeit stellt das sichere Parken des Autos dar. Direkt vor dem Haus kann man nicht Parken. Aber in der Nähe gibt es ein zwar teures, aber sicheres Parkhaus mit gutem Sevice.

Absolutely stunning place

The decor aside this spot in the city was so so beautiful. My family loved all the amenities and how smooth the check in and check out process was. My sisters and I were looking for the night life and staying here we were close to some of the most local places that made the stay so wonderful. The walk to get around the city is great and only a 15 min walk to the major train station. Would stay here again!! Thank you Alessandro

Stay in Florence

Quaint little villa about one mile from train station. The unit was a bit dated for me but it was clean and neat and had everything we needed. Neighborhood was fairly quiet. Alessandro (host) was wonderful as I did not notice the attachment he sent directing us how to check in. I emailed him and he was quick to send a response. We appreciated all the space we had. We’re in a villa in Tuscany now and my husband misses the space we had in Florence. If we return to Florence we would consider staying here again.

wir hatten das Vergnügen, kürzlich eine Wohnung in Florenz zu mieten, die wir empfehlen können. Die Lage ist einfach ideal: nur wenige Gehminuten von der Innenstadt entfernt. So kann man die charmanten Gassen, historischen Gebäude und die lebhafte Atmosphäre dieser wunderschönen Stadt problemlos erkunden, ohne auf öffentliche Verkehrsmittel angewiesen zu sein. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr authentisch, sie strahlt eine heimelige Atmosphäre aus, die es leicht macht, sich sofort wie zuhause zu fühlen. Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll und funktional, mit liebevollen Details, die der Wohnung Charakter verleihen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der kleine Balkon, der ein wunderbarer Ort ist, um den Tag bei einem Glas Wein ausklingen zu lassen oder morgens den ersten Kaffee zu genießen. Insgesamt bietet diese Wohnung eine perfekte Kombination aus Komfort, Charme und zentraler Lage. Life outside the wall is great

Our family of 4 found this location exceeded all our expectations. If you are more into being slightly of the tourist action this neighbourhood will fit your needs Within walking distance of all the sites our walks to the centre and palace Pitti were less than 30 minutes on a flat walk . Most of the walk to the centre of Florence are along the river with beautiful views of sunsets or ponte Vechio . The local neighbourhood features restaurants cafes , fresh markets less than 5 minutes away Parking in the blue zone meter costs 24 Euros a day if you are not moving your car or 2 euros per hour Alessandro provides quick responses and detailed messages on self check in and answered all our question accurately Great place as it is large and spacious and you can even watch turtles in the back yard

Geschwisterurlaub Florenz und Toskana

Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung von Herrn Alessandro. Der Check in war mittels Schlüssel Cod um 8:00 früh unkompliziert. Die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet, sogar ein Geschirrspüler und eine Waschmaschine waren vorhanden. Schade dass ein Schlafzimmer zur Hauptstrasse war so hörten wir leider den Lärm. Vielleicht könnte gegen die Stechmücken etwas unternommen werden. Leider hatten wir unseren Gelsenstecker nicht mit. Die Wohnung liegt am Stadtrand und man hat gar nicht weit zu einem öffentlichen Park wo man eine wunderschöne Aussicht über die Stadt hat. Wir können die Wohnung zu 100% weiterempfehlen.

The apartment is located in the wonderfull Oltrarno area of Florence. The Oltrarno is full of kind restaurant, bar and shops. It's the ideal place to stay for anyone wanting to be away from the crowds and mobs of tourists, but within a quick and easy walk of all of the well-known sights and treasures. The apt is located close to the acient wall of the historic city centre. All the rooms are very spacious and at the same floor.

Comfortable: supermarkets (2) within a 5-10 minute walk (and the farther one - Esselunga -- has HOME DELIVERY - see their web site). Restaurant (Sabatino, Tranvai, Antica Bettola) 5 minute walk.
