The open space layout of the ground floor consists of a fully equipped kitchen, dining, and living room. Modern kitchen features refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave oven, kettle and blender. The sizeable dining table is for 8 people.
One of the 4 bedrooms is placed on the ground floor. The other 3bedrooms are situated on the first and second floors. Every bedroom, except the the one on the ground floor, has an en suite bathroom.
From the ground floor, you exit to a balcony with an outdoor dining table and a large terrace with a 36 m2pool, 6 sun loungers, an outdoor shower, and a barbecue. There is also a shaded dining area for 8 and several sitting places.

The location of the villa is perfect. Beach, restaurants, shops, café bars are all within a 10-minute walk from the villa. From here you can easily go exploring neighboring cities Split and Trogir that are ideal for a day trip.
