VÄrt hus (519 Bank St.) har ett underbart lÀge 2 kvarter frÄn Washington Commons och 5 kvarter frÄn stranden med utsikt över Atlanten. Vi Àr i ett lugnt omrÄde. Huset Àr rena och vÀl underhÄllna, perfekt för din familj semester.
Master sviten, precis renoverad Är 2019, (queen size-sÀng) pÄ baksidan av huset har sitt eget badrum och ingÄng. Dörren leder ut till en förmiddag soldÀck. DÀcket leder ocksÄ direkt till köket sÄ att du kan njuta av att kopp kaffe som barnen sover. DÀcket ser ut över en stor grÀsbevuxen bakgÄrd med en stor skugga trÀd, perfekt för en middagslur.
Mittrummet har en uppsÀttning vÄningssÀngar och en rulla sÀng som Àr fantastisk för syskon eller deras vÀnner. Kabel-TV och WiFi i alla 3 sovrum.
Den frÀmre sovrummet Àr en annan sÀng som har charm och enkel tillgÄng till huvud bad och fullt utrustat kök. Huset har centralt A / C. Det finns en privat uppfart kan passa 2 bilar.
Du kommer att Àlska enkel tillgÄng till staden / strand med alla dess stora restauranger och viktorianska hus. Husdjur anses sÄ lÀnge de Àr vÀluppfostrade. Det finns en husdjur avgift pÄ $ 50 varje vid bokningstillfÀllet.

Such a great little house! Perfect location. Quiet but close walking distance to everything. House was immaculate. Great comfortable beds. I like bringing my own sheets and towels so that’s never an issue for us. Great to have a fully fenced yard for our four legged child. We’d definitely rent again. Kevin was very attentive even checking in on us with a text after we got settled.

Easy living cottage! Family and our dog stayed here for 2 weeks. Perfect location to enjoy all of Cape May. We hardly moved the car as the grocery store, beaches and Washington St Mall were a short walk away. The house is well appointed for cooking, grilling, laundry and storing our stuff. The dog loved the yard and lying on the deck dreaming of catching a squirrel. The house owner checked in with us, answered questions right away and was just so very nice. We will be renting here again for sure.

Adorable cottage on a quiet street and walking distance to the mall, beach & many great restaurants. Property was spotless. Communication with the owner was great - answered all our questions before hand & let us know as soon as the property was ready for us. Fully stocked kitchen with everything you could need. Brand new appliances including fridge with icemaker. Stacking / washer dryer also new. Beautiful deck with table/chairs/umbrella and a Weber grill. Fenced in yard for our dog. Great stay - would highly recommend!

Perfect cottage right off the beaten path!

This is our 4th year in a row staying at Kevin’s cottage. We really love it there for a number of reasons. The location is perfect for us. It’s close enough to walk to everything (beach, Washington Square, grocery store, restaurants, stores, etc.) but tucked back a bit 
 it’s on a lovely quiet street. The kitchen was just renovated this winter and it looks amazing! The kitchen is stocked with all of the necessities and there are brand new appliances. Pet friendly, so we were able to bring our two corgis with us. Huge, fenced in backyard, providing privacy and space for our kiddo and dogs to run around freely. The deck is great for eating outside, enjoying a couple of drinks, and hanging out. Kevin is easy to communicate with and you can tell he takes great pride in his property. He truly wants you to have a wonderful time. We already booked our stay for next summer and are very excited for year #5 at the cottage!

Lovey cottage with a spacious yard.

My family really enjoyed staying here. The cottage was very clean and comfortable. It was surprisingly spacious with a nicely sized back yard for our dog. The check in process was easy and the owner was helpful and friendly. He was quick to answer questions and provided important reminders. It was a few minutes walk to the Washington Mall and the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful in Every Way

Great accommodations for our family within easy walk of beach, Washington St. Mall area, Acme, and restaurants. Shady back yard sold us. Also very much appreciated the timely and easy communication with Kevin. Already booked for next year!

3rd year!

This was our third year in a row staying at Kevin’s cottage and we still can’t say enough good things about it! Can’t beat the location
 it’s on a quiet street, but close enough to all the good stuff! Acme is only a couple of blocks away, so we were happy to walk there. The Square and the beach are both very close, as well as many restaurants and bars! The house is clean and has all of your basic kitchen needs
 and more. The backyard is very large for a beach home and kept our two corgis so happy as they were able to play and lay in all of the shade and enjoy their vacation as well! We love this place and hope to come back again next year for our 4th year in row (fingers crossed)!

Enjoyed Cape May

The cottage is in a great location, close to restaurants, shops and a nice walk to the beach. The shady backyard was nice for the dog as mentioned online. There were beach tags and beach chairs available for us to use throughout the week as well! Upon arrival, we observed that the floors were quite sandy and dirty. Although this is a beach house, and you certainly expect some sand, it seemed as if the floors were not even swept; not what’s expected when you pay a $200 cleaning fee. There were a few other minor issues including a lack of working microwave/oven (we could not get the oven on because the knob labels were worn down). Our family enjoyed our time in Cape May and the proximity to everything it has to offer.

Blissful Week!

The cottage was completely charming and comfortable, and the back yard was spectacular! Cap that off with an absolutely perfect location and you have everything you need for a wonderful week. Even though the space is not huge, it easily accomodated 6 adults. We loved it and would stay here again for sure.

Great stay in Cape May

This was a great spot in cape may for my husband and I + our dog. The backyard is shaded by trees during the day which was great during the summer. The property is located close to everything, and is bigger than you’d think from the outside. Everything was in order when we arrived, and we had no issues

Cute cottage in great location

We loved our stay. Terrific location. Can walk to everything in town, including the beach. Short car ride to wineries and bay side. Fully fenced in back yard with new deck. Perfect for our pup. The host, Kevin, was great. Very communicative.

A Very Cozy Cottage

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed this location. Easily one of our favorite features was the 2 minute walking distance into town. Super convenient! Property Manager was very kind. The rooms were lovely, and the property itself was quite lovely! All in all, we would definitely recommend to any family looking for a place in Cape May!

It is a very comfortable house with a great yard. 2 bathrooms is such a plus with multiple adults staying. The additional entrance from the back bedroom to the deck was helpful since we had a 5 month old who was awake way before most of us!

Great place!!!

Bigger than it looks from the outside. 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Fully equipped kitchen has everything we needed. The back deck with barbecue, table and chairs was wonderful. And for our dog, the fully enclosed high fence the back yard made watching him so easy.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

This was a Coast Guard cottage that was moved to Bank St. when the base changed over. Additional bedroom was finished in the 90's and upgraded in 2019. We love the great location to Historic Cape May and it's fantastic restaurants.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

The beaches are the best! We vacation in our house every year. Our kids love the place and the town. And the food....amazing. Walking distance to downtown and the beach.
