Om boendet

Ett historiskt hem från 1910 har omvandlats till en modern, rymlig lägenhet med två våningar på ett hörnparti.

Detta nyligen uppdaterade rymliga hem med en öppen layout, uppdaterat kök och massor av naturligt ljus.

Utomhusområdet har en bakre uteplats med grill och matbord, inneslutet veranda och enormt takterrass med utsikt över en nyrenoverad park på flera miljoner dollar.

Vår plats är en tvärs över gatan från parken (som är ny och inhägnad så att de små kan springa runt!), 1 kvarter till hundparken, 4 kvarter till Washington Mall, 3 kvarter till stormarknaden och 6 kvarter till strandboxen (Queen Beach), som valfritt kan användas för att lagra din egen strandredskap.

Kom och bo på vårt 3 sovrum, 2 1/2 badrum, husdjursvänligt hem.

40th birthday celebration

Our family travels to Cae May every year after Christmas for my daughter's birthday and New Year's Eve. The property is great. Clean and very conveniently located. Easy check in and check out, great amenities, spacious for family game night. We love staying here and look forward to it every year.

Cape May Christmas

This was our first time using Vrbo and couldn’t have had a better experience. The property was clean, well kept and smelled fresh. Great communication from owner and everything was ready for us when we arrived. We will be staying here again. Thank you for a memorable weekend.

Great relaxing get away

We had a wonderful time, and our stay was so comfortable. Location was great, walkable to shops and grocery. It was so convenient and such a lovely home. The home was well equipped, and we had everything we needed to make home cooked meals. I would definitely like to return to this particular home in the future.

Cape May Dog Friendly

Plenty of room for 6 adults and 2 dogs. Location was close to Washington Square and dog park. It was a bit of a walk to the beach, but the owners provide a beach box making it very doable if you are able to easily walk a half mile. Owner is very responsive and pleasant.

We love it here!

This is the second time my family has stayed at this wonderful property and it is just perfect for us. We love the location, the beds are comfy, everything is clean and it feels like a real home with all one would need. We stayed here a total of 16 nights so far over 2 years and can't recommend it enough! You won't be disappointed!

Nice family getaway

Some family and I enjoyed an extended Memorial Day at this property. Great kitchen, comfortable beds. We did not use the house porch, grill or beach box, but was nice to know they were available.

Just what we needed for a weekend getaway

The property is just as described - I'd only add that it feels even roomier than the pictures indicate somehow. The Host was great as well - on a couple of occassions I had questions about parking and how to use the fan/light and he was immediately available by both phone and text. 100% would stay again!

Great condo

This property was absolutely perfect. Lots of room. Very well equiped kitchen. Spotlessly clean and well kept. Clearly a well loved vacation home for the owners who were lovely, friendly and helpful. Great location.

Great place for our first family trip

It was such a breath of fresh air to find a rental that was both baby and dog friendly! The space was cozy without having the grandmas house feel that most beach houses can have. It had easy parking, and was a short walk to so many restaurants and the beach, so everything was super stress free.

Wonderful stay!

This is the 3rd different house we've stayed in in Cape May and it's been our favorite! The location is great, the rooms were spacious and clean, and the property had everything we needed! I highly recommend.

Birthday beach celebration

This is the second year in a row that we have stayed at this wonderful property to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. It is so convenient to all the activities in Cape May and property is gorgeous, clean and very modern. Matt is very responsive and communication was very easy. Love it here and we would love to book again in the future.

Very Nice Property/Walkable Cape May

Property was just as pics, very nice, very clean and very walkable to all things Cape May. It's super close to the Mansion Tour, Washington Street Mall and walkable in Cape May. We didn't walk to the beach (a bit longer) but we were there for Christmas Festivities. Owner was very easy and immediate to reply, friendly and all was great. Definitely would recommend this property.

Stay at 902 Lafayette Street in Cape May

We had a wonderful time at this property. Great location, located near Washington Street Mall shops and close to the main beach area. House had all the amenities and even more than we expected! We needed a pet friendly house and it fit the bill. Communication with owner was easy and the process was easy using the VRBO app! Thank you for a great week in Cape May.

House was very comfortable - bathrooms and kitchen renovated. Very Light/bright inside. A nice time to be in CM - busy but not overly so-easy to get dinner reservations.

Beautiful home, great location

This was a beautifully decorated home fully stocked with everything you might need. The location is a short walk into town. The owners are highly responsive for that rare question but literally every detail was written up in the welcome letter.

Matt Burlick är värd

We feel in love with Cape May in 2014 during an office season get away for Matt’s Birthday. We feel in love with the charm and history of the town. We knew instantly that we wanted to purchase a beach house in Cape May. A few years later we made that dream a reality and in October 2016 we purchased 902 Lafayette.

Matt and I meet in Hoboken, NJ and in 2012 we got married Tulum, Mexico. We currently live in downtown Philadelphia, PA. Matt is Computer Science professor at Drexel University and I work for Jazz Pharmaceuticals as a Regional Manager helping patients with chronic pain get pain relief with an non-opioid option.

We hope you enjoy our home as much as we do!
