Great stay and accommodations

This property was very conveniently located close to Truckee, Northstar, and Kings Beach! The house is very well laid out for groups to eat and have fun in the common living space. The host was very accommodating and quick to answer and questions. Would 100% stay here again!

Impressive!

As much as I'd love to keep this gem a secret Belinda and her home deserves to be acknowledged for the love and care they have put into it. Service was exceptional. Home has EVERYTHING you could need. Decorations and cleanliness are second to none. The home is spacious and great for cooking diners in. It also has a prime location near Kings Beach and just a short drive to Tahoe City. This place has become #1 on our list of Tahoe vacation stays for a large family or get together with friends!

Fabulous spot!

Belinda’s home was exactly as listed! It was clean, well organized and had everything we needed as a 9 person group. We had plenty of space and it was especially helpful to have 3 1/2 bathrooms and enough beds for everyone. It’s in a very convenient location with easy access to the grocery store, restaurants and the beach. Belinda was very communicative and helpful during the booking process. I will absolutely book this house again if/when I come back with another group. Thank you for helping us create such a magical weekend!

50 year reunion

Comfortable home for 5 couples reuniting after 50 years. Loved the location with walking trails in the back which led to a fantastic county park with Pickleball and disc golf courses

Great Family Vacation House

We had 2 families stay and the home was extremely well located. A huge bonus was the backyard area where there was an abundance of snow to keep the kids busy. House was warm and clean. Just minutes away from the ski resort. Will definitely considering staying again.

Family and friend snow hang!

We stayed at Belinda’s property with two your families and our collective pre-k, kinder, and three third graders and had a blast. The cabin was cozy, clean, and perfect for a family friendly winter trip. We loved that each family had a dedicated bathroom. Great island in the kitchen for nonstop snacking and hanging out.

Great Place

We stayed here for a weekend getaway with friends. The place had a great number of sleeping arrangements. The location was perfect for what we were looking for. We wanted to be close to Sand Harbor Beach and hiking. We ended up finding a short trail very close to the home. It was perfect. Belinda was very communicative and willing to help. Would definitely book here again!

Wonderful home

This is a beautiful, sparkling clean, and very well provisioned home. We had plenty of space (for 12), and were very comfortable. Belinda was very easy to communicate with & responded quickly. If returning to North Shore I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Tahoe retreat

We loved the location- amazing hiking trail behind the house. We had little kids so we needed to drive to the lake. If you are looking for a place close to the lake this is about 1.5 mile hike. The cabin was accommodating of 12 and the hot tub was an amazing evening activity after days of hiking and lake time. The host was super responsive to questions about the area. I would stay here again.

Good vacation week

There was plenty of room for our three families totaling nine people. There was an issue with the garbage disposal but it was fixed very quickly. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. I wish the kitchen cabinets and utensils were better organized but anything we needed was there.

Stay Away! No Privacy!

Owner had cameras outside of the house and maybe inside. Kept a count on who’s coming in and out. We thought infants ( less than 2 years olds) didn’t count and we were over capacity by 3 because of the children’s. Owner threaten us to leave during dinner with only 20 minutes before sheriffs came. We had to pack up 4 infants and one seven year old in the car while we rush everything to pack up food, clothes, and luggage’s to the car. It would been okay if we were given an hour but that was not the case.

Great Family Location & Accomodations!!

My family of 14 had a great time! Belinda allowed us to have 14 people in the house since 2 were under the age of one. The house was very clean and well stocked for all our needs. The "great room" with large dining table was perfect for meals and games. The recently renovated back patio was beautiful...large enough for the toddlers to run around and play and perfect for relaxing and dining. Belinda was very easy to communicate with and the guest book available provided all the instructions/information needed. Overall a great family house!! We all agreed we will be returning to King's Beach!

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

I purchased this home because of the incredible location! It is only one minute drive to Kings Beach and 8 minutes to skiing at Northstar Resort. 15 minute drive to Tahoe City and 30 minute drive to South Lake Tahoe and Reno. The home backs to the Tahoe National Forrest and is very peaceful. It is located in the exclusive Luxury Kingswood Estates. Peaceful and quiet area of exclusive homes.

I have redone each room and both the front and rear decks to cabin theme and lots of finishing touches that you would expect in the top notch rental home.
