Pleasant studio on the fourth floor of Edificio Marino II facing north, renovated and furnished in a modern style and located second-line to the beach in the centre of Marbella, close to all the services the city has to offer, such as restaurants, maritime promenade, Old Town... so the car is not necessary.
The studio comprises: access by elevator or stairs to the fourth floor; entering the house we have the full bathroom with shower and washing machine; open kitchen with everything you need to cook, such as microwave, large fridge-freezer, ceramic hob, pans, cutlery, etc.; sitting area with 22" Smart TV, dining table, and double bed.
🌐 The apartment has its own Wi-Fi, ideal for teleworking.
