Cozy and bright apartment near the Vatican Museums, situated in a historic residential just renovated building. The apartment is situated on the 4th floor, with elevator, it is composed of 1 kitchen, 1 living room with sofa bed, 1 double bedroom, 1 lovely bathroom with shower.

Near to all the main attractions and to Trionfale market which is considered the first corner market in Rome and with its 273 stalls is one of the biggest market in town.

The apartment has free A/C, wi fi and smart TV. Lap Station position available.

Good location, responsive host. The amenities can be improved. I had to buy dish detergent, there were no washcloths, no extra garbage bags. The small space heater very hard to locate, and had two heating elements broken. Some light bulbs were very bright and another didn't turn off.On the other hand, when I mistakenly turned off the hot water heater, Matilde came over quickly to turn it back on. Andrea waited for us when I misread the entry instructions.

The apartment was great and had everything you needed. Check in and out super simple. Location very secure. About a 15 minute walk to St Peter’s. An awesome market very close by. The issue we had was with the elevator, we couldn’t always get it to work.

Ein sehr typisches italienisches Mehrfamilienhaus. Schöne saubere Wohnung im 4. Stock mit Aufzug. Klimaanlage funktioniert sehr gut und leise. In der NÀhe gutes Restaurant und Pizzeria (La Fiorentina). Zum Vatikan kommt man in wenigen Minuten mit dem Bus. lZum Zentrum (Spanische Treppe) fÀhrt man mit der Metro in knapp 10 Minuten.

Really nice. The shower was a little smaller than the photos show. There was no place to put down the soap in the shower. Under the stove hood is very dirty and greasy. Needs cleaning. This was a great place to stay in Rome. A few minutes walk to the Vatican Museum and St. Peter’s Basilica. It was super easy to get around on foot and catch a bus just a few minutes away from the apartment. The space was clean and spacious and made us feel at home while we stayed there. We were not too happy with the expensive cleaning fee and that they had to charge our card to hold a damage deposit. We were also expecting a nicer garden with more space to roam or relax. Otherwise, a great place to stay!

Great place to stay!

Place seemed far at first, after arriving the metro station was a 5 min walk away and took you to all the hot spots. The Vatican being very close was also extremely convenient. Very nice area 0 problems what so ever.

Very Nice

Stayed with 2 friends to visit our friend studying abroad. Everything was clean and functional. The garden even had cats that would hang around. Close proximity to Vatican City and good restaurants. Overall, very happy with the accommodation.

Good place to stay

The property looks exactly as described. It was perfect for me and a friend staying in Rome. It's not in the heart of Rome, but accessible to public transport and bus for everywhere you want to get. I liked how quiet it was.We didn't cook, so I can't comment on the kitchen facilities much.

5 Tage Rom

Die Wohnung liegt gleich hinter dem Vatikan. Man muss also gut zu Fuß sein, will man möglichst viel von Rom sehen. In der Wohnung ist alles Nötige vorhanden. Ein großer Markt ist 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Es gibt in der NĂ€he eine Auswahl an Restaurants. Der Hinterhof ist großartig!

Schönes Apartment, mit Luft nach oben ;-)

Das Apartment liegt ideal zum Vatikanischen Museum. Wir haben schöne Tage in der Wohnung verbracht. Sie zentral zur Vatikanstadt und eine sehr gute Anbindung zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Die Wohnung ist groß und sauber. Die KĂŒchenausstattung ist allerdings eher rudimentĂ€r. Hier fehlen z.B. WeinglĂ€ser, mehrere Töpfe sind vorhanden, aber nur ein Deckel. Kein Dosenöffner und nur eine Espressomaschine, keine Kaffeemaschine. Das Licht im Wohnzimmer (wir waren Ende Oktober dort) ist kalkweiß und nicht gemĂŒtlich. Die SchlĂŒsselĂŒbergabe war absolut unproblematisch und ĂŒberaus freundlich. Alle Fragen wurden extrem schnell via Email beantwortet. Wir fĂŒhlten uns in der Wohnung wohl und sicher und können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen. Die Kleinigkeiten haben wir schnell vergessen und wĂŒrden durchaus nochmals dieses Apartment buchen.

Great location.

Overall property has a great location , especially to Vatican City. The only thing is that the bed is a bit thin which it can be a bit uncomfortable feeling the springs through the mattress. Also , shower sometimes did not have hot water and was freezing cold. Overall if you want a great location to Rome and a place just to rest and shower this is a great option.
