Amazing Spring Break Experience!

My friends and I loved our stay at this property! We came down and the check in process was so simple, and it was so easy to communicate with the host when I had questions. The rooms were so clean and there were plenty of towels and washcloths along with bedding options. The kitchen had lots of cups, plates, and silverware. The only things I wish were a little more stocked were the trash bags (we only got two per trash can for the whole stay) and maybe a few kitchen items like cooking spray, salt, and pepper. Other than that it was amazing, and we ended up wanting to add another night to our vacation. I just messaged the host through the app and got a fast response saying we were all set! I would 100% recommend this property. The ease of planning aside, the views were beautiful. I LOVED the massive balcony and the massive windows overlooking the beach in the rooms!

Handicap accessible

We stayed there due to the handicapped accessible rating. It was our first trip since my husband has become wheelchair dependent. The condo was very accessible as advertised. Thank you for the great trip.

Bed Bugs for Real

My first experience with Bed bugs was at this condo. My body and my wifes is covered in bites. The sheets had red and brown stains from blood and bed bug droppings. I saw the actual bugs in the bed. The check in process was not good either. They never alerted us condo was ready so we were just sitting in parking lot until 5:30pm with crying kids. This is my first ever negative review to leave and its unfortunate but since returning home theres been sleepless nights from the bites. Before booking this i would make sure they remedy this issue.

Wonderful place too stay. Gorgeous views from all rooms/even bedrooms. Beautiful beach and location is awesome. Beds comfortable and nice kitchen. Would stay here again!!!! Can not go wrong staying here.

Very nice condo with a great view from the 8th floor

We've rented this exact condo three years straight now and have never been disappointed. It is a well furnished condo with a beautiful view of the ocean from all rooms and balcony.

Business and pleasure

Stayed here a few days and brought my mom while I did business in the area. Condo was really nice, lots of room! Layout is great as both bedrooms and the living room and kitchen have gulf views. Often secondary bedrooms are on a hallway side, no view. Very clean property and gated parking. I’m planning to stay here this summer , hopefully in the same unit.

Awesome Location!

We enjoyed our weeks stay so much! The condo is in the perfect location and has an amazing view! We always like to eat at Pineapple Willy's and it's just a short walk from the condo (less than 5 minutes on the beach). The condo has all the utensils you need if you like to prepare your own meals as well. There is a Walmart less than a 5 minute drive, and if you like organic markets, there is The Fresh Market about 10 minutes away! The appliances are nice and so are the furnishings! We really loved the mattresses too! We also enjoyed having breakfast on the balcony, or just sitting out there spending time together! The condo is located on the 8th floor and there is hardly a wait on the elevators, they are super quick. If I had to list anything that might need improvement, it would be the air conditioning. Overall, it was an amazing trip! Thank you for your hospitality :)

Great beach vacation.

The condo itself was beautiful. The beachfront location and views were spectacular. The resort pools were also great. Resort restrooms near the pools need to be updated, especially by the large pool. Whatever company handles the beach umbrellas and chairs needs training in customer service. That was a basic conversation on the beach among other resort residents. Communication with the property manager for this condo was less than ideal. Answers to simple questions could not be provided. Response time for maintenance service was less than acceptable.
