This unit is in Shores of Panama Resort, beach front unit on 3rd Floor. Easy to walk up stairs and no need to wait for elevators. Reserved parking spot on same floor and very close to the unit. Fitness Center, Trash Chute, Elevators and Stairs are right next to the unit. Must be 25 yr old to rent. Unit comfortably accommodates 4 adults (bedroom + 2 additional twin beds in living area) and 2 kids (Bunk Bed) in separate room. Unit has Washer/Dryer, Cooktop, Refrigerator, Oven, Dishwasher and all the utensils . Bring your favorite Kcups for Coffee in the morning while sitting on Patio overlooking the pool and ocean.
There is additional $85 Resort Fee (For Wrist bands and Parking Pass) to be paid on arrival (not included in your payment). If you want, we can buy that in advance and make that available in the unit. Details for buying the registration packet will be included in check in instructions sent prior to check in.

Home away from home

Everything was wonderful I highly recommend this place location and views were perfect.Parking was great as well no complaints here will definitely be booking my next vacation at this same place.Communication was top notch!

Loud disruptive construction 3 out of 6 days of our stay

When we arrived on Friday afternoon there was a loud agitating grinding noise coming from the floor above us. There was lots of water pouring from the walkway above so we assumed it was just from pressure washing. It was silent Saturday and Sunday, however at 8 am Monday morning the noise returned. I walked down to the front desk to make a noise complaint and ask for it to stop so we could sleep. That's when I was then informed there was construction going on along the outside wall of the elevator shaft and our host should have informed us prior to the stay. We were in-fact not informed and when asked, the host stated he was unaware of any further construction to the building. We all found this extremely hard to believe considering the construction was on the elevator shaft. The noise continued from 8am to 5pm for the last 3 days of our stay, making it impossible to sleep. It was so loud the TV had to be turned to almost full volume just to hear it. We could not escape the noise. It disturbed us all day whether we were in the condo, by pool, or out on the beach. We even returned to our condo one day and found an employee pressure washing outside our door and when we walked in there was a huge puddle of water inside for us to clean up. Overall we were quite disappointed by our stay at this property. Aside from the constant noise disturbing us, we all left the property sick and congested from all the dust particles floating around from the construction.

Weekend Getaway

Weather was great, condo was nice, property and pool area were well taken care of. Bar by the pool is a nice place to sit, have a drink and watch the sun set.

Very Nice

Location was on the beach, and very nice. Rooms were clean, beds were comfy. Plenty of space for our family of four. We would stay here again.

Nice Enough

Compared to the other condos at the resort, this one was definitely in need of some TLC. The room was nice enough for a weekend at the beach with family. All accommodations were there. Just a little outdated and worn down condo.

Love the beach, Shores of Panama ❤️❤️❤️

The third floor was great we didn’t have to use elevators and to have third floor parking reserved was great. The unit was clean and kitchen fully equipped with Appliances and dishes pots ,pans silverware. Bed was comfortable king size. The staff works around the clock cleaning and maintaining pool and building. The beach was beautiful white sand like powder. I’ll be back next year. And furthermore Walmart right across the street how convenient.

Great Property & Location

We had a great time during our Panama City trip & we loved the convenience of this condo. The reserved, same-level parking was a perk to this unit! The pool & ocean view from the balcony was great! It was busy, but we were always able to find chairs and relax - poolside or on the beach. Raul

Great place to stay

I had an overall wonderful experience. The host was easy to get ahold of, great location, beautiful view. Only issue I had was at night the air would go into sleep mode and go back to 76 degrees. Was not a huge deal at all. I'm sure if I would have messaged the host he would have fixed it but it was not a huge deal.

Perfect Family Getaway Location

We had a great time during our 5 days at Shores of Panama. Communication was great with our host. The property was kept very clean, and we felt secure here. The pool area was awesome. Lots of great restaurants nearby (along with the grill by the pool). The location on the 3rd floor was great, as it was easy access to our car, and we could use the stairs to get to the pool and beach. Elevator waits can be long at times. Wish we could have stayed longer! Definitely would recommend.

Beach trip with adult grandchildren

We had a great trip with our two grandchildren ages 18 and 22 and two of their friends. We loved having two roll away beds instead of sleeper sofa. There was only one tub/shower combo. Would have been nice to have an extra shower but we were able to make it work. Also only mirrors were in bathrooms. With six adults it would have been nice to have an extra one somewhere. Overall we enjoyed our trip so much!

My only complaint is that they an outrageous cleaning fee then we are supposed to do everything like the trash, dishes, and the laundry. What’s the point of a cleaning fee if I have to do it? Plus it’s my vacation why would I want to clean after I paid someone to do it. No thanks.

Family Vacation

Me, my daughter, and my 2 grandchildren spent 5 Nights here. It was perfect. Location, cleanliness, and size. Owner was easily accessed when needed. We are already talking about booking again for next summer.

Amazing!!!!

Property is within walking distance to everything. We walked to dinner each night. Ate at some of the local ice cream shops when we wanted a sweet. The view is amazing on the balcony. Did not like the elevators so we took the stairs. Host was amazing!!!!! Will be booking again.

Beautiful view

We really enjoyed the condo and the beautiful beach view from it. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. Owner was very easy to get in touch with. We enjoyed our trip. The resort had drink bar and even food stand. Very convenient. Thank you to the owner for being kind and flexible!

Family Reunion

We were a family of 4 meeting with other family members that rented 7 other units in the same complex. This unit is not upgraded as most of the units that other relatives stayed. The unit was okay, I wasn’t able to use the washer, it had mold. We stayed for 1 week. The communication with the host was very good, he allowed us to check in earlier than 4 pm and solved a few things that we were missing right the way. the complex is very nice and we had a great time.
