This place is just right for those that are looking for a haven close to everything. All the gear Isaac has available made it so easy to have a beach day or go snorkeling 10/10 would recommend!

Very nice accommodation with everything needed carefully though out, comfortable bed, and overall very spacious. Location was impeccable for all activities around Kona. Finally, host was extremely helpful and communicative. Would definitely stay there again!

Issac is awesome!! He’s super attentive and will communicate with you all hrs of day if you need something! He’s on the property often and makes an effort to have a conversation with you anytime you run into him! Definitely a 1000/10 experience. Will definitely be staying here again when we come back!! Plus cute pigs!!

Our stay in the Queen Palm was fabulous. An incredible value with everything we needed in a fabulous location. Isaac was no doubt the best VRBO host I have ever had. Fantastic communication, very attentive and responsive, over-the-top thoughtful, great local tips and suggestions, and he maintains a meticulous property. We visited under the threat of Hurricane Nolo, and Isaac kept us apprised of its evolution, and even offered to move us to a more protected room if the winds and rain picked up as was being projected at the time. (We lucked out and Nolo ended up having no impact on our trip). We enjoyed our open air unit and the sounds of the birds and waves in the morning. Despite it being warmer than usual during our stay, we were totally comfortable thanks to the breeze through the unit and the ceiling fans. Isaac deserves far more than a 9.8 rating!! Thank you Isaac for a wonderful stay. We will be back and we are already recommending your properties to our family and friends.

Staying here felt like waking up in a tropical dream. The open-air design allowed the fragrant Kona breezes to flow through perfectly, and we loved being serenaded by the sounds of birds and coqui frogs at night. The one-bedroom layout was intimate yet felt incredibly spacious. Would definitely stay here again!

Great host, very patient and flexible. Place is close to Kahaluu beach park and short drive to great beaches and snorkeling. The place is clean and all amenities are en suite. Get some coins for laundry and don't fret over the occasional cockroach which might make it's way in, given you are super close to nature. Partial water views, no AC but private and had an amazing time.

We could see a bit of the ocean from the chairs by the window. We could definitely hear the ocean at night which was a real treat.
