Welcome to this opulent, serene and diligently designed villa. An interior design team was employed for full design and fit out - no expense has been spared in creating a home from home that our guests will love. The open plan downstairs allows family members to spend quality time together, whilst also offering enough space and rooms to âsneak off for some peaceâ. Affording wonderful views to the pool area and beyond.
As you enter the home, youâll find the first guest bedroom which is complete with ensuite bathroom (walk in shower). As you continue in the foyer you are greeted with the well-appointed kitchen overlooking the living area, dining room, and oversized outdoor lanai.
The kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel WhirlpoolÂź appliances, spacious walk-in pantry and an island with bar seating. It is fully equipped with cooker, microwave, dishwasher, American fridge-freezer, toaster coffee maker and a full selection of crockery, cutlery and cookware.
Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area with large table, seating up to 10 people and a family/living area with sumptuous seating and a large wall mounted smart TV.
You will find another Master bedroom located at the back of the home for privacy. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with separate shower and tub space as well as toilet room with privacy door. Complete with large walk-in closet.
Ascend up the stairs and you will be delightfully greeted with a âmedia areaâ. Sink into the large âLâ shaped sofa and enjoy a movie night or some competitive family games on the PlayStation 4. A sure hit with the children in your group.
Upstairs you will find 4 further bedrooms. Bedrooms 2 and bedroom 3 are complete with ensuite bathrooms and ample closet space. The additional two bedrooms share a bathroom with double vanity sinks.
Delight the Harry Potter fans in your group with their very own Harry Potter themed bedroom, aswell as a Mickey Mouse themed bedroom. These are both twin bedrooms with 2 single beds in each.
The large two car garage has been converted into a fantastic games room to add to your holiday enjoyment. It is complete with a full-sized pool table and ping pong table.
Pool Area
The private pool & spa has wonderful, vast views of conservation land. The deck is fully screened by fine mesh for your added comfort preventing insects and debris from entering the area. This does not however affect sunbathing. Grab your book and ice-cold drink and soak up the Floridian sun on the padded sun loungers. Relax under the lanai and perhaps enjoy your lunch al-fresco on the outdoor dining table.
Extras
Use of pool and spa heating is recommended between October and May and is available at an optional extra. For your safety there is a removable pool fence available for you to use.
There is complimentary hi-speed wireless internet access and baby equipment (pack n play, highchair and stroller).
For your convenience there is a separate laundry area which includes a washer and tumble dryer.

Booking Notes:
We use the latest communications and booking software to make your booking process stress free. It's very easy to book one of our villas, everything can be done online and we require a 25% booking deposit, the final balance is not due until 10 weeks prior to your arrival date.
Notes on prices:
Pool/spa heating is optional dependent on the time of year and recommended during the months October to May. If required it is ÂŁ200 per week. There is an accidental damage waiver of ÂŁ49 included which covers accidental damage of up to $750. It does not cover malicious damage or excess cleaning or excess garbage removal. Any bookings less than 7 nights will incur an end of let clean fee of ÂŁ175. BBQ's/Grill's can be hired in, please ask if required.d
