Silverlake is a luxury private estate nestled in an extensive nature reserve, near to the coast in West Dorset. Opportunity for adventure abounds with a heated infinity pool, a private spa, gym, roof bar, water sports, a private beach, cycling trails, woodland walks, tennis, table tennis and forest playgrounds available on site.
All our properties here at Silverlake, Dorset have strict rules to ensure a family friendly atmosphere. Our properties must strictly be used for holiday purposes only and not for working in and or using to commute to and from a place of work. Stag and Hen parties are strictly not allowed at any of our properties, and we reserve the right to cancel your booking if you break the estate rules.
Everdene is an impressive 3 storey property on the water's edge. Boasting a hot tub, lakeside access and stunning views across the water, this property is the perfect holiday home for a long awaited get together.
This beautiful lakeside property boasts an expansive interior, beautifully chic kitchen and bathrooms, with accommodation for 13 guests (maximum of 10 adults and 3 children owing to the bedroom configurations).
The property is set on the water's edge with private jetty access to the lake, a hot tub and an outdoor shower with an attachment to clean pets after a walk. To the front of the property is parking for multiple cars.
Whilst this property is fully completed, there are still properties on the island and wider Estate that are undergoing various elements of construction. Bookings for this property are made on the understanding that you may see and hear construction between 0730 and 1800, Monday to Friday and 0800 to 1300, Saturday. Please do abide by any signage relating to construction areas. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to get in touch with a member of the Habitat Escapes Team.
The downstairs accommodation is wonderfully light with floor the ceiling picture window, full width sliding doors onto the decking and cosy nook in front of the open fire. The property has been lovingly completed with sustainability in mind with responsibly sourced bespoke and retro furniture featuring large dining table with seating for 12 adults, corner sofa in front of the TV and Ercol armchairs in front of the fire.
On the first floor the sleeping arrangements are: king Room with en-suite, twin room with en-suite and kids bunk room with 2 single bunk beds, one with truckle under (suitable for children only).
To the second floor are a further 2 king bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The rear bedroom features a stand alone bath with skylight so you can relax and watch the night sky.
Pets are permitted in this property for a small surcharge. Please let us know at the time of booking if you will be bringing your 4 legged family members with you on holiday to Everdene, Silverlake.
Essentials for your first night such as bin liners, dishwasher tablets and basic cleaning supplies are provided for you. Bed linen, hand and bath towels are also provided. If you suffer from allergies please contact the office for further information.
Access to the Hurricane Terrace bar, gym, heated outdoor pool and activity equipment is included with this property, offering plenty to do while staying at Silverlake, Dorset. Inclusive equipment hire includes bikes and water equipment such as paddleboards, kayaks and canoes, subject to availability.
Also on site is a luxury spa offering a variety of holistic and beauty treatments and a takeaway pizza shack offering pizza and tapas. Opening hours can vary for both depending on the season.
Travel cot and highchair available for £10, subject to availability. Please advise at the time of booking. Guest to provide their own linen and mattress for a travel cot.
