A fantastic modern new 2 bed apartment on the Villamartin Plaza complex overlooking the communal pool.

A stylish 2 bed 2 bath apartment overlooking the communal pool as part of the Villamartin Plaza Golf Complex. Although part of the complex, it is on the opposite side so a minutes walk and you are in the plaza and as well away from all noise. On entering you have a very spacious living room and dining area decorated to the highest standards. Enjoy a full UK TV package on the huge flat screen tv and free high speed internet while relaxing with the views and afternoon sun. There is air conditioning in the living room also. There is ample space for 4 around the adjoined dining area. Next is the very large fully fitted kitchen with all the mod con's. In fact you can enjoy your evening meal on the large balcony with views to the communal pool and the 1st hole of the Villamartin Golf course, or simply the sun setting in the west. The master bedroom has 2 singles beds as well the en suite shower room and built in wardrobes along with air conditioning. The 2nd bedroom has single beds also and built in wardrobes. Facing north, the bedroom stays cool and is assisted with the ceiling fan keeping it completely cool.
