A charming apartment
The RUBIK apartments are located in the Alcalá Norte area, close to the intersection of Alcalá Street with Arturo Soria Street, a neighbourhood in Madrid originally known as Pueblo Nuevo, which has increasingly adapted to the times with new housing developments for younger people seeking areas well connected to the city centre and their workplaces. Alcalá Street, just a few metres from the apartment, in addition to being the longest avenue in Madrid, is full of life and has local shops and stores of very popular brands.
The constant development of this area has turned it into the location of important television production studios, large administrative centers, and significant companies. Thanks to its good connection, one can easily go to Ifema and the northern area of Madrid, as well as reaching Gran Vía, Opera, La Latina, and other strategic places in Madrid in just minutes and in a direct line. All of this makes it a very interesting place to stay and enjoy one's stay in the city at a good price for short stays and for months.
The Apartment:
The stay in this apartment will be ideal, because the accommodation is of great quality and has been equipped and decorated with great taste and affection.
Located on the 1st floor of this building with an elevator, a 40 square metre apartment with capacity for 4 people distributed in two bedrooms and a full bathroom with a shower. The magnificent and well-distributed living room has a dining area and a rest area with a comfortable single sofa bed and a SmartTV where you can connect your Netflix, HBO, Spotify and other accounts.
The living room is also very bright thanks to its wide wall-to-wall window. The kitchen is integrated into the living room and fully equipped with everything necessary. The living room hallway leads to the very elegant and cosy bedrooms with built-in wardrobes. One of them has a comfortable double bed with bedside tables and the second has a single bed with a small desk. The bedroom windows allow the passage of pleasant natural light and overlook the inner courtyard, providing a very peaceful stay.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms to be perfect even on hot days.

IMPORTANT: This property is exclusively available for seasonal rentals, in accordance with Article 3 of the Urban Leases Law (LAU). Tourist stays are not permitted.
The guest must prove the reason for their stay (for example, temporary transfer for work, studies, medical treatments or care of a family member) and will sign a seasonal rental contract upon arrival.
Respect: In order to ensure good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times.
The check-in process involves a mandatory online registration for each guest, prior to accessing the apartment. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.
