It is a practical and functional 45 m2 apartment for 4 people, in an unbeatable location with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay.

It is located on the first floor and the building does not have a lift.

The apartment consists of 1 bedroom with a double bed of 1.35 cm dressed with its bedding, air conditioning with cold/heat split, TV, safe box and space to store your belongings.

The living room has a comfortable sofa bed for two people, air conditioning with cold/heat split and a TV.

You will also find a dining area for 4 people.

You have a modern and spacious 1 bathroom with a hydromassage shower, bath gel and a hairdryer. We provide one towel per guest that you will find on the bed.

The hot water is supplied by an electric water heater with sufficient capacity and power to meet your needs; make responsible use for its proper functioning.

The kitchen is equipped with the main appliances, tableware for 4 people and other usual utensils. To use the washing machine, you have a portable drying rack and an iron.

The accommodation has everything you need so that you don't have to worry about anything, all the comfort to feel at home!.
