Dessa nyligen uppgraderade och renoverade lÀgenheter med bara familjer ligger bekvÀmt i hjÀrtat av Ocean City, bara en och en halv kort kvarter frÄn stranden och strandpromenaden och en kort promenad till viken. Varje enhet Àr fullt möblerad och har 2 sovrum. Varje lÀgenhet har en ny queen-size sÀng i ett sovrum, det andra sovrummet har en ny vÄningssÀng i tvÄ storlek plus en ny individuell enkelsÀng. Varje vardagsrum har en bÀddsoffa, stort Àta i köket komplett med mikrovÄgsugn, kaffebryggare, mixer och allt mat- och köksredskap och ett komplett badrum. Varje enhet har kabel-TV, ny luftkonditionering och antingen veranda eller uteplats. Det finns utsikt över havet och bukten frÄn enheterna pÄ andra vÄningen. Det finns en grill pÄ plats som Àr gratis för vÄra gÀster. Shopping, restauranger, kyrkor, parker, strandpromenaden och de flesta aktiviteter ligger inom gÄngavstÄnd. Alla enheter har uppgraderats och uppdaterats 2014. SÀngklÀder tillhandahÄlls inte, sÄ ta med lakan / drottning kuddfodral och handdukar.

Family vacation

Great property! Jonathan was great, we were able to check in a little early, he was always fast at responding to any questions we had.The property was clean, just as advertised and a great overall location. Really close to the beach and the Bay, close to restaurants and bars as well. We enjoyed the barbecue and hang out spot out back too.

Great Trip

Location was great, Jonathan was wonderful. Easy check-in and check-out, would book again with no hesitation.

Excellent place!

Apartment was clean and in a great location to the beach and boardwalk. Jonathon was excellent with our check in and check out process and was easily reachable with questions or potential issues (none we encountered)! Overall everything was wonderful, will definitely recommend to others that are visiting the area!

feel like home away from home...excellent place.

We had an excellent stay at this ocean city beach condo. it as clean well maintained and best for a family. the location was perfect , just steps away from beaches and restaurants. Kitchen was equipped well and beds were comfortable. The host was very accommodative and responsive, ensuring we have everything we needed for a perfect vacation. we thoroughly enjoyed our time here and look forward to returning in the future.

Great spot for families with young teens

Location location location! Near the heart of the boardwalk but quiet and family-friendly. Neighbors greeted us upon arrival and Jonathan was very responsive with everything. My one suggestion: Provide a 12-14” pan and a large bowl, to make cooking easier. I would definitely return.

Close to boardwalk and beach

Great location and was good for a last minute family getaway for a few days. Our only complaint was the outdoor shower was at the front of the house and not enclosed. The house was a little on the damp side which made some of the doors stick a little.

Great location, easy to work with manager, overall great stay

We were very satisfied with this property overall. The location is fantastic. Three minute walk to the boardwalk and all it has to offer--restaurants, shopping, places for ice cream. Easy to walk to either end of the board walk and also to the bay. The house was very clean, stocked with everything we needed (including laundry detergent for the shared washer/dryer which was a nice bonus with a toddler), the front porch was great, and Jonathan was very easy to work with. We were very satisfied. I give it only three stars on account that our unit (while impeccably clean) was a bit run down: with mismatched paint on the walls and ceilings that contributed a drab atmosphere. The small yard was under construction so not especially pleasant to spend time in. The sofa was not comfortable and squeaked a lot when sitting/shifting. A few improvements (e.g., fresh coats of paint in the kitchen and living rooms; in the back some minor landscaping or potted plants, an umbrella for the picnic table, clearing away construction debris) would make it a pleasant place to hang out when you're not at the beach. These things aside, we enjoyed our time and we'd consider renting again.

Spotless and convenient to the boardwalk.

Great place to stay for a couple or small family. Dealing with the owner was easy. He was readily available. The bathroom is a little tight. Parking is a little tricky on the street, but there is a paid lot behind the property. Overall, we had a great stay.

Jonathan was super kind and the neighbors were very friendly. We enjoyed bike week while we stayed.

Excellent option for families

This was our first trip as a family to Ocean City and Jonathan couldn't have made it any easier. He communicated with us promptly from the time we made the reservation to the time we arrived back home. The unit was perfect for me and my wife and our three daughters - ages 7, 8 and 11. Jonathan even gave us great recommendations for restaurants and he pointed us to the nearby Assateague Island, where we collected seashells and saw wild horses. It was a great side excursion from the busy boardwalk. The unit was a very short walk from the beach. Try to find street parking, or you can park in a lot behind the building that is owned by another person. We paid $80 to park there from Saturday afternoon to Wednesday morning, which isn't bad for a gauranteed parking spot. Excellent option for a family with young children. It's apparent that Jonathan rents to responsible families and not the college-age party crowd. I highly recommend.

Enjoyed our stay

Jonathan was kind and made sure everything we needed was taken care of. We got there while a plane show was going on so there was no parking which was a nightmare but after that was over we really didn’t have any issues. Very close to the beach extremely convenient

Awesome place! The owner took extra precautions because of Covid and had everything thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. Johnathan was very helpful and kind, the location was great as well as quiet! We will definitely stay again!
