Dessa nyligen uppgraderade och renoverade lägenheter med bara familjer ligger bekvämt i hjärtat av Ocean City, bara en och en halv kort kvarter från stranden och strandpromenaden och en kort promenad till viken. Varje enhet är fullt möblerad och har 2 sovrum. Varje lägenhet har en ny queen-size säng i ett sovrum, det andra sovrummet har en ny våningssäng i två storlek plus en ny individuell enkelsäng. Varje vardagsrum har en bäddsoffa, stort äta i köket komplett med mikrovågsugn, kaffebryggare, mixer och allt mat- och köksredskap och ett komplett badrum. Varje enhet har kabel-TV, ny luftkonditionering och antingen veranda eller uteplats. Det finns utsikt över havet och bukten från enheterna på andra våningen. Det finns en grill på plats som är gratis för våra gäster. Shopping, restauranger, kyrkor, parker, strandpromenaden och de flesta aktiviteter ligger inom gångavstånd. Alla enheter har uppgraderats och uppdaterats 2014. Sängkläder tillhandahålls inte, så ta med lakan / drottning kuddfodral och handdukar.

Great little place in a super convenient location. You're a 2 or 3 minute walk to the beach and it's about a 10-15 minute stroll to the fun part of the boardwalk. At check-in everything was clean and the property is well maintained. Climate control (A/C) is excellent. Johnathan is a great guy and super helpful. We had a great time. Would recommend highly!

Wonderful stay

Property was in a fantastic location!! Property owner made the check in / out extremely easy and was super nice!! We had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay here again!! Highly recommend staying here.

We had a great time! We stayed, with 2 family friends & their families, in 3 of the condos. Jonathan was friendly, punctual and very accommodating! The condo is a great location 1 1/2 blocks from the beach. We would stay there again!

Jonathon was absolutely wonderful! He was very effective and efficient with communication. The property was the greatest, could definitely use ne updates, however it was perfect for a stay at the beach! Clean, cozy, and affordable! Again, cannot stress how freat and helpful Jonathon was during the entire process!

Great stay!

First, Jonathan communicated well before booking this property, he answered all the questions I had. Prior to arriving he called to let us know whenever we were ready to check in to just meet him at the property. Easy check in! He went over everything and recommended places to eat. Very personable! We had a lovely stay, the location of the property was perfect, it was clean and just overall convenient. We plan to stay again! Thank you, Jonathan!

Fantastic location!

Property is simple, and in a fantastic location. A short block and a half to the boardwalk/beach, close to the pier end of ocean city. So convenient that we parked our car when we arrived and didn't move it until we checked out. Owner lives in one of the units and is easily reachable, we didn't have any issues but are sure they would have been easy to resolve with Jonathan. We'll definitely be back!

Great location

We had a great time. Short walk with boardwalk and beach. Close to everything. Kitchen well equipped, but we brought everything. No pillows. Maybe I missed that in the description. Need to bring all home conveniences - dish soap, hand towels, hand soap, dish towels, paper towels, etc. would stay again.

Just off the boardwalk easy access cute beach condo

Condo was perfect for our small family, there was a living room with seating, a full kitchen with seating, a full bathroom, two bedrooms (queen bed in one room and a twin bed and twin bunks in the second), front porch and back porch area with seating, on street parking or a weekly lot parking available. Communication was great, owner was on site if we needed anything, we did not have any issues during our stay. If you are tall, over 6’ there are a few areas of the home you need to be aware of ceiling fans. You do need to provide your own bedding, towels, soaps/toiletries, this was fine for us as we drove, if flying into the area this could be an inconvenience. Great stay, great location midway on the boardwalk, lots of great places to get to and the beach within a couple block walk. Would definitely recommended and would rent from this owner again.

First off I will say the property manager/owner was extremely helpful with the booking process and went way above and beyond for me to fix the issues I was having. However, the property listing was very misleading. I will say I should have done more research with the map and gps however it said “ocean and bay views” which is why I sufficed a pool at a hotel stay bc I thought I’d have a condo on the beach or close enough to have “ocean and bay views “ there is no way possible from the location of the property that even on the second floor your seeing any view other than houses in every direction. Very small, very crammed. We asked to check in a tad early and were told that we couldn’t bc the cleaning people were running late. However when entering the property you feel sand in the carpet, sand in the shower, a layer of dust on furniture, and the smell of strong urine in the closet. I was very upset already about the view (or lack thereof). The rooms were extremely small. The pull out couch that is listed as a sleeper was concave in the front. There was a steady tapping noise in the main bedroom that made it extremely difficult to fall asleep. We did have a nice stay and the property owner who resides directly above in one of the condos was easy to communicate with for the most part. He did give my kids a parting gift which I thought was really nice. I would not stay here again though,personally.

Good afternoon Alicia and thank you for being my guests! I’m sorry that you didn’t enjoy your time at Sun of the Beach unit #1. This is a long response, only as we never get such low reviews. If you mentioned any of these issues at check-in I would have addressed all of them immediately. Unfortunately you only made me aware of 2 of them but that wasn’t until Thursday (5 days in) and you told me not to worry about it. I do personally check the units between each stay and didn’t come across any of the items you mentioned. I know with all the extra people you had that stayed the long weekend it had to be tight in there. We allow a max of 5 adults and 2 children under 12, and it looked like 6 people left in 2 vehicles early in the week leaving 2 adults and 2 children remaining. I’m not sure if one of them peed the bed during your stay, as we found linens in the closets that smelled off, but we wash and sanitize the linens between guests and everything smelled ok prior to your arrival. As for the views, please note that the listings state that we have ocean and bay views from the 2nd floor condos, although I often take pictures of sunsets over the bay from street level. We aren’t oceanfront by any means, but we can see both from the building, and are around a 30 second walk to the beach and boardwalk. I take a lot of pride in making sure all of our guests have the best experience, and if any issues ever come up I make sure to address ASAP. Thank you. Jonathan

Wonderful stay

Jonathan could not have been friendlier and more helpful. The nicest guy and lives on the premise so is always there to help with anything. The house was clean and quiet. Very close to the beach (just a short walk) and close to all the boardwalk fun and food the kids love. Only a 15 minute drive to Assateague Park/ Beach. We stayed for a holiday weekend and thought finding parking on the street near the house would be an issue, but luckily we always found a close spot!

a bit of a dissapointment.

Booked because of location and need of laundry. Issue with washer and dryer notified about 2 weeks before arrival.There was a laundromat about 2 blocks away but no monetary comp for inconvenience. Also paid separate for parking ( for the week) really only needed thru weekend. Ocean City is pricey enough. Maybe 25+ years of coming here is enough.
