Beautiful place to relax and enjoy Florence!

Excellent host! She couldn't have been more helpful, and gracious to us. Apartment was clean and lovely, just as pictured, with good air conditioning in the bedrooms. Everything you need for a week stay in Florence! Would happily return.

Lovely Florence Apartment

This is a beautifully furnished apartment with a well-lit eat-in kitchen and good-sized bedrooms. There are A/C units in each bedroom, but they were locked at a temperature that was not quite as cool as we would have wished. A fan from the living room helped to make sleeping more comfortable. Adorable loft room with couch and desk that overlooks livingroom and could be used as an additional sleeping space. Couches are older with bumpy cushions, which made the living room space less usable. As a result, we spent most of our socializing/family time in the kitchen. Despite these minor drawbacks, we absolutely loved the apartment and the location. We were able to walk everywhere we went.

A lovely well-kept quiet warm and homely place with great period furniture and decor with loads of space. Easy frequent bus connections to the centre and across the river. The local neighborhood is also pretty lively with a food market, good selection of bars and restaurants. Daniela was available for any questions we had.

Wonderful place

We enjoyed our stay here very much; apartment is spacious, clean and close to stores and coffee shops. 15 min walk will get you to the Domo. The apartment manager was very easy to communicate with. We would recommend!

L’appartement est bien situé à 10mn à pied du centre historique, bus au coin de la rue. Appt très bien décoré avec des meubles hérités d’une famille aristocratique, cuisine fonctionnelle très bien équipée et Daniela aux petits soins. Je recommande vivement

Great experience

We were within a 15-20 walk to all the major sites in Florence. The Duomo was about 15 minutes away. The apartment was beautifully furnished with antique Florentine furniture and art. It was a lovely stay.

A lovely, spacious Florentine apartment. Beautifully kept and exceptionally clean. Daniela was very kind and helpful and made everything straightforward for us by keeping in good contact when we were arriving. The situation is a residential area but walkable everywhere and frequent buses if you needed them for getting back after sightseeing and going to the stations, airport etc. The restaurants are excellent and we particularly liked Cibreo Trattoria. Florence is a busy living city, so inevitably there is traffic noise in locations which are closer to the heart of the historic centre. We had a very memorable stay.

Family trip

It was nice to have 1 and half baths for our family. We liked having access to fridge/freezer. We were caught off guard by the access, lots of steps to get to properly, multiple doors to enter home. Check in/out required coordination with management which was challenging given our flight delays. Beds were extremely firm.

Comfortable and clean Florence Stay

This was one of the cleanest and roomiest stays I had in Italy and France when I traveled for a month. Daniela was wonderful and responsive. We arrived later than expected due to delays, but she was right there for us. The apartment was super well equipped with all needs for cooking and eating. Especially helpful with the fresh and lovely market minutes away. Also a huge plus: an elevator, air conditioning in the bedrooms, and a washing machine. Lots of towels were provided as well as detergent for washing machine. The extra half bath was useful and rare to find in a rental. I say all this because I encountered many rentals this trip where the owners did not seem to care about cleanliness or communication. It was frustrating. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you Daniela!

Days in Florence

We (a group of 6 people) stayed for 4 nights in the apartment and everything was perfect. Daniela was very friendly and the check-in / check-out process went easily. The locations is nice, too. The apartment is quite, but 100m down the street you can find a busy street, where you can enjoy your glass or wine. Overall 10/10.
